I’m going to give my credit card company a ring today and see if I’m covered. When we went to Leeds the store was empty..... every time we go in we usually have to wait around but not last week, it was very strange it not being busy.
 
I agree with others who have said to try another store. I had a Melie that the corners started to wear and my store immediately exchanged it for the Montaigne GM. I'm watching the corners closely on my Flower Tote now. Also have learned to stay away from any bag with folded corners in the future. I also don't understand why they continue to design bags with this issue.

My flower tote corners are starting to peel and it is less than 1 year old.

Usually within a year, LV is more than likely to offer an exchange. Have you actually had the bag less than a year? What is the purchase date? Or have you had it longer and you noticed the holes within a year?

I noticed the corners a week after a year, so it's quite obvious this happened within a year. I rang LV CS straight away, they didn't even ask me how old the bag was they just said to take it to a store. I have no store that is local to me, they are all quite a drive. So have taken it at my convenience. When I took it to store, the Manager never even asked me when I purchased the bag, even when I said this has happened within a year.
