floor seat tickets lost and game already happened

That was incredibly nice of the seller considering it wasn't his fault at all. He done everything he was suppose to do, priority mail...delivery confirmation.
USPS doesn't guarantee a priority package will get to you within 3 days, it's the holiday season, it will take mail a lot longer to get to you.
 
WOW what a nice seller. I had a similar problem where the post office messed up my package and they told me the only guarantee is that overnight Express delivery. Glad it worked out for you though.
