I've never heard of this brand and I wish I hadn't. The last thing I need is another bag, but Hortensia is so cute. Quality and prices seem tempting.

Even though it's still a bit of an insider secret, I'm absolutely enamored with Hortensia. The balance between quality and price point makes it the brand of the moment in my eyes. I'm eager to see how they'll grow and what new designs they'll introduce. Their approach to style and value really sets them apart, and it's refreshing to see a brand that delivers on both fronts. Can't wait to see where they go from here!

Most of my bags are from the popular brands here at TPF (Chanel, Dior, LV...), but some time ago, inspired by posts here I decided to try new brands. I ordered from Polene and Aspinal of London. I'm not overly impressed with Polene, but Aspinal of London was a very pleasant surprise. Now I want to try Fleuron, I'm waiting for Hortensia to be in stock in Bordeaux.

For me, it's the opposite; I much prefer Polene over Aspinal of London. I find their models boring and too expensive.

I just received my Medium Swann in the Caramel shade -- a bit concerned over corner wear. I have no corner wear on any bag I own so it's not something I have ever dealt with. I live in LA with a car so I'm not like "walking around" lol. But the side flaps look kind of sloppy if you leave them undone. So they definitely have to stay done up for me to get the look I want.

I don’t have this bag, so I can’t really speak to corner wear, but I thought the issue was specifically with the vegetable tanned or smooth, not the regular leather Swanns. I don’t know, I just remember keeping it on my wishlist even after reading about some concerns.
