That’s not good. These bags are not inexpensive either. The broken hardware concerns me even more.

Just an update:
So I sent an email about the broken ring on Monday at 5:41pm and received a reply at 6:39pm saying they will send a replacement part. I was impressed with the speedy response.
I just received the replacement ring in the post today.
That’s pretty good customer service.
Not great that the ring broke in the first place but at least they addressed the issue very promptly.

Looks like there’s a new bag design, called Oak. It comes in two sizes:
Regular
Dimensions: 41.5 cm width x 31.5 cm height x 17.5 cm depth

I was just looking at this new bag today. I love Fleuron Paris, but unfortunately the bags look like they will be too big for me. I wish they made this style in a 30cm, that would be perfect.

I got a Fleuron Magnolia for my birthday and I have used it moderately (maybe 6 times?). The pebbles calf leather is holding up great, but the smooth clad leather (the inside flap) looks like it has scuffs or the color is coming off.
I am trying to research how to fix this. I have ordered the leather lotion listed on the fleuron website (Saphir Macadamia lotion). Does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions?

It’s hard to tell exactly what the issue is from the pictures, but the lotion you ordered sounds like a good idea. Let us know how it goes once you’ve tried it!

I’m wondering if those purse heels that Alyssa from gals guide would solve issues. She put some on her mini Swann and they looked so cute. I’ve been on the fence for a while because some have posted corner wear issues but after researching across other websites and YouTube, it actually doesn’t look like the problem is across the board.

Just acquired the mini hortensia in lilac last week and mini Swann in almond green this week. Love the leather and look of them. Affordable quiet luxury.
