Oh dear, I'm sorry this is happening to you, EM.

I bought from her/them once and didn't have a problem, but I know others have.

Of course, the silver lining in your case is that you're an absolute expert about how eBay, PP and credit cards work, so I'm sure you won't have any further problems (and even if you do, you'll know exactly how to deal with them!) - but if you need any moral support, please let me know! :flowers:

Converted her emails, tracking info, & online sig to jpegs. Uploaded all of that plus bag photos to photobucket & added link to album to dispute.
I think all relevant data is posted. Sit & wait.

And I know CHB, many have bought from her & been fine. I know one of the girls on Chloe bought a fake from her, but I'm pretty sure she returned it and did get refunded. Although perhaps I should PM her & ask how long it took...??

I was fine w/ this transaction until item was returned & no response of any kind from seller for 10 days. I'm NOT fine w/ that.

Ellie I am sorry you are having problems with your seller :hugs:
10 days for a refund is a long time, you have been very patient.
Please know that we are here for you if you need anything. Good luck and keep us updated :flowers:

Linda does accept returns and will work with you.... her correspondence just isn't the best. I bought a b-bag a few weeks ago from them that was described NWT, and it had a huge gash across the front. I wrote, was told them would accept my return so sent it back ASAP via Priority Mail. It was signed for two days later and I heard NOTHING for a full week.... had to write them for a few times for an update that they were still going through boxes and would get back to me. It took me threatening to open a dispute after about 16 days after receiving my package to get a refund.

Keep bugging them. Good luck!

Yes, maybe you should! :sweatdrop:

No, I'm not surprised and TBH, I don't think you should feel you have to be OK with the SNAD condition, either. :nogood:

I know they're a big operation and list A LOT of items (although, I didn't know it was that many!), but if they're overstretching their staff, they need to employ a few more people; not just let things slide.

ACK... they have SO MANY RETURNS coming back that it takes 2 weeks + to even process the return???????? That is freaking ridiculous. Never mind that they cannot take 5 mins to inspect the items they list and better describe the condition.
I've emailed/messaged 3 times that I can recall in past 10 days. I obviously am less patient than you, as I filed my dispute today.. 11 days after return showed received.
Obviously, the priority of this seller is strictly volume.

THANK YOU for kinds words, well wishes, advice. I am certain that IN TIME it will all work out. :hugs: to you all!

EM, sorry to hear about this.. this is a # that I have for Linda's Stuff,

866-685-4632.. please try to contact her directly, (very often she

personally) answers the phone.. have dealt with her in the past and

would think she would address this promptly..

Hope this works out well and sorry that you had to be subjected to

all of this..

I'm wondering who the current owner is. PP email is maxjonman.

wow...what a shame. It doesn't so much bother me that it takes them so long to refund you as it does that they can't write back to your freakin e-mails! That's just RUDE.

If their business is so huge then they clearly need more people working!

Sorry, Ellie!! you're the expert of the bunch, all we can do is provide you with moral support, and allow you to vent your anger to us. :winkiss:
