^ Agree, it all comes down to what undertone you prefer in your grey - if you like blue, go for Gris Tarmac and if you prefer dark green go for Anthra. I have both and I prefer GT as I love blue. In saying that, the perfect bluish grey is Ardoise. GT looks like a straight up grey next to Ardoise lols
I like anthra way more than GT it's much darker and richer to me GT looks like a faded anthra but that's JMO. If you can check out GT IRL before selling your anthra, that way you don't regret selling something you like for something you don't totally love.
Depends on your Anthra! And the year.
I had an Anthra 2010 RGGH City w/green tones - on the smooth side......I would have traded that for GT. but....I later had a 2011 Anthra RGGH City with blue tones - distressed leather - would not have traded that one for GT.
I did sell the later one to fund something else and I now have a GT mRGGH City that is very gorgeous. I still like my 2nd Anthra better.
my anthra is from FW2011 and w green undertone, it has crinkled leather too but I just hate the green tone~ if it's straight gray or blue gray, I'm ok with it
ya, I should go chk it out at one of the store.. otherwise I should trade it for a RB or BL or.. some blue
I was in our local store once with my anthra, compared those anthra on the shelves, my anthra is so green and the store ones have strong blue undertone, it caught my eyes right away. I have a Ardoise, so is GT similar to Ardoise???
oh, i thought GT is pure gray and no undertone.. yes, my anthra has green/teal undertone which I don't like. one time I went to my client office and I thought what ugly green sofa he had, then when I set my anthra down, they look the same color, OMG!!!

Not the same Ardoise is much lighter and possess much more blue tones than GT. GT is definitely more dark tray but lighter than Anthra. If you google what Tarmac means - you will see it's the colour of the concrete pavement and GT is more or less the same but with slight blue undertone lols hope that helps

To me, GT is chalky - like a mix of carbon black paint with a touch of titanium white - making all the GTs I have seen a bit flat in colour, rather than having the depth of all the old Anthras (regardless of their undertones).

Has anyone heard/seen the black grh city yet? I'm really interested in seeing it, I'm thinking that's what I think I'll get with my fall bonus.

I hate the new bracelets. I don't know what the designer was thinking about the proportions - when I tried it on (in classic hardware), the end of the strap overlapped onto the last studs, when u use the middle length. If u are on the thin side and need to tighten it even more, it gets even more awkward. Poorly thought out design!

Agree! But its weird that when its laid down like in the pic above, the gap between the studs are inconsistent but when you wear it along the wrist, they look magically aligned together. The leather wrap length is only half of triple tour though - which is why I think I still prefer the triple tour lols the SA showed me how the new bracelet looks good when you wear it together with the triple tour (same colour) - worth a try next time you see them in stores
I'm so happy with my new giant part time rose thulian bag, the color is more like rasberry color. Just came back from Paris with my new lovely bag. I try many times to upload the photos but it keeps saying upload the file fails. I will try again later when I have time. But, for those people who loves red or pink will definitely love this color. ^_^
