They gave me a quote which is decent, considering that my bag is about 5 years old. Has anyone ever had their quote go up after sending it? (Doubt it! But I figured I should ask!)

I recently submitted a bag for them to review through pics, etc.. and for some reason it made three separate submissions. Even though I emailed them to let them know I only had one bag they still sent me three different price quotes for the exact same bag lol. Each price offered was a different amount even though it was the same pics and everything. So yes, the quote can go up or down depending on who looks at your submission.

Wow, good to know. I might submit again.

I hope you quickly accepted the highest quote!

I've declined their quotes and resubmitted multiple items with more descriptive info & additional pics, only to get the exact same quote each time!!! I don't know how that is but I just assumed they looked in my history and just resent the same offer, which really makes no sense anyway since I declined it in the first place. Either that or I've somehow gotten the same stingy person each time! My offers have been very low - about 15-20% of retail for high end designer bags, even for new with tags. I guess it can't hurt to keep trying! :shrugs:

I have sent three items for submission and they declined two.It took 2-3 weeks for them to respond to me but I had already sent and sold one of those with Yoogis. The one that they decided to buy- they have had for 10 days and when I called them today and asked why my account hasn't been credited they said "oh,this is all new to us and looks like there may be something wrong with your bag" There is nothing wrong with it, it was a bag I barely used.I asked them to send me the bag back and cancel my membership.I was a good customer until now and I sure don't recomend them any longer.Their customer service was great before and now they don't care.

I had sent in 2 Chanel bags and they rejected one of them. It had everything: the original box, authenticity card, care cards, and dustbag. I never used it, it was brand new. I just checked my account to check and it had been rejected. They did not give a reason why they rejected. I am just going to have to wait a month to get my bag back.

I wonder if they possibly DON'T want too many very high-end brands because they don't sell as easily? Since they are paying us up front and not after the sale. Maybe they actually have a quota for the pricier brands.

I am going to be sending 4 out of the 5 items they gave me a quote for. I am not going to send the last item because I am afraid they will just decline it. I noticed a small spot on the bag.

I haven't accepted the quotes yet, but is there any way to edit your address? I am afraid that if they reject the bags they will send them to my apartment and I never have anyone send packages to the apartment just as a precaution. Also, when you send them the packages, did you buy insurance?

You can buy insurance and DC if you want, just take the package to the PO counter and tell them you are only paying for that and not the actual shipping. Some employees might give you a hard time about it, but they have to do it.

There should be an option at the top of the form to edit the address, and you can edit your account address thru the website. It's best just to call them if you think it would be an issue though.

Thanks for the answers! I have some time before the quote expires, so I am going to explore a couple of other sites first. I will update though!
