There were other people on TPF that revealed some extremely cheap deals from Dillard's too. I believe that coach gods were shining down on her and she got an amazing deal on Borough.

Yes, that's just how Dillard's operates. I've been shopping there since the 80's when they first came to Nashville, Tennessee. They have ALWAYS had great clearance sales. They don't care what the item is, if it's been there a certain amount of time, it's time for it to go and they will continue to mark it down until someone buys it. My Mom used to get great deals there on everything.
