I have to agree, I spoke with a SA at my local store and she said, it's gotten so bad that they have to have the police there during the sales and they have a limit of 5bags. She said it gets dangerous. So I think she is lucky too.

I think what CforC means when she says typical is that markdowns like this are typical. Getting access to them can take work, time and does involve luck. In CforC's case, 90% of it is persistence. She calls, she builds relationships and when those typical markdowns happen, they come her way because she took the time, built the relationship and people remember her.
