excited about NY fashion week?

The energy outside the tents is great. There is so much going on. It is more fun to see the big editors pull up in their towncars. I remember seeing Carine Roitfeld step out in a black puffy but fitted coat, she looked almost like an alien. It was funny that inside the tents, no one talked to her, and she almost looked awkward, confused. I love her though, she is much more down to earth than Anna Wintour!

Wow, very cool! Yeah, usually after work I will stand outside and people watch for a while before I head home for the evening.

I found the energy at the tents yesterday and today to be rather subdued, most likely due to yesterday's shocking news.

RIP Alexander McQueen.

So is it true this will be the last fashion week held in Bryant Park?

Yes, it's true! They'll be held in Lincoln center starting next season... I'm excited to see how that will look and feel. I'll post some photos soon, so sorry, I have been bogged down with schoolwork/fashion week/other things
