It would be quite interesting to know which criteria Hermès applied to select customers for the first day. My SA told me that Saturday is for VIP but to be honest, I question this :huh: because a lot of Instagram H lovers are going on Saturday as well and do not have a high spending profile at all. Well, at least I thought you have to spend way more to be anything close to a VIP for Hermès. I have 3 friends who are constantly spending more than 100k each year, they were selected for Saturday but others are not even close to 25k (annual spending including bags). Any thoughts? Just curious.. because as far as I know the SA were not involved in the selection process, means the relationship between the H customer and his/her SA had no impact.

Wasn’t it „first come first serve“ it terms of slot selection? I am for sure not a VIP :biggrin: but as I was registering shortly after the invite came, there was bunch of slots available for Saturday afternoon

A friend of mine (high spending profile) was invited starting Saturday, her husband (low spending profile) could only choose dates beginning on Monday. That's the reason why I assumed annual spending is the decisive factor :smile:

I noticed something different about the invitation. Under my name, it says "Alezan."
I received the invitation on the first day and could have signed up for Saturday as well (can't make it).
My friend, who's going with me, didn't receive her invitation until two days later. Under her name, it says "Capucines."
Now, those are Hermes colors, but maybe it's also a kind of categorization? What does it say under your names?

I noticed the same. Maybe it's the home store?! I am in group "Alezan" too.

Anyone else having issues with inviting friends? I tried logging in via different devices and browsers but keep getting an error „Application error: a client-site exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)“ after filling in the required fields with my friend‘s details.

Contacted the support team - fingers crossed!
