Evelyne straps unclipping

Hi, My Evelyne 29 bought in 2020 has a faulty clasp on the strap. My store in CT send the bag to Paris. Did you have to pay for the repair? As its their fault. Thanks so much

Hi. I did not have to pay for the repair. They denied anything was wrong, but replaced all the hardware.

I have noticed since I put the bag back into my rotation, it's only unclipped once or twice. But I do not use it as often as I used to. And I'm very mindful when I do, which still bugs me as the purpose of it was to be hands free and carefree.
