In regards to temperature the fall is slowly making an entrance. Its sunny most of the time, but the breeze is more crisp so I love to put on a sweater /scarf instead of a jacket. The temperature is around 16 °C ( 60.8 F). I live in Norway.

Glad you're loving your new bag! And 60 F?!?!? That must be so nice!!!! I live in the Deep South in the U S, and the highs are still around 90 F. I'm so ready for some cool, crisp weather but it won't come until November. So living in Norway, English isn't your first language it?

I have the N/S Hamilton in Dark Dune & I love it! It would definitely be a huge plus if the shoulder strap was detachable. I wish our version had that option.

My beautiful bag arrived today, and it's gorgeous! The shoulderstrap is removable and adjustable in length. You basicly have three bags in one as the strap allows you to wear it on your shoulder, as a crossover, or without the shoulderstrap by using the handles. So happy with this bag!

Do you have a large Selma or regular E/W Hamilton you can do comparison photos with? It's a beautiful bag [emoji7]

Here are some comparison photos. My N/S Hamilton in Navy, my European E/W version Hamilton in Dark Dune ( and btw - the handles are not crooked, I forgot to straighten them out for the photo), and my Selma medium messenger in Pale Pink .

As you can see, the E/W is a bit wider and longer at the base than the N/S ( doesn't show that well as my navy Hamilton wasn't stuffed and bulks a bit), but not as tall. It's wider, so it contains quite a bit. It's a bit bigger than my Selma, and a very practical size. I use it with and without the strap.
