definitely! Maybe only the German stores are so, but my mum works in a book store and children cry and scream all the time and they never say anything against it because those are only children..

Well , kids are being kids and u are not attending a mass with the Pope so they shouldnt do that to u. Its a freaking store and not the Vatican .. Like @ClairM said , I would also file a complain to that stuck up receptionist and the store , as no written rules you are not allowed to bring kids inside the store.

The Mulberry mini Bayswater I was going to get, but now I’m hesitant. Mulberry usually has velours leather lining in their bags, no idea why they chose PU for that one. I wish they’d chosen microfibre instead.

I visited LV in Selfridges today hoping to preorder the sunrise pastel kirigami set but was told preorders are already closed!

Add it to your WL from one of the Asia sites a couple of days before release. You maybe able to grab it when it appears online on the Thursday afternoon before it releases on the Friday.

I’m surprised it closed so quickly. It’s not even been a week yet! Last year’s BTP kirigami was atb a lot so hopefully this one be the same. Let’s hope LV don’t decide to make this collection to limited .

The SA said they don't know how many, if any, they'll even be receiving in store, she didn't sound very hopeful tbh! I've also contacted CS via the website and they said they'll follow up if availability changes

The khaki admittedly does look nicer in the real life photos. They're an SA from ION Orchard in Singapore.

There's a glimpse of the Zippy purse in that pretty canvas too. @Cathindy you ordered the PSP right? I think you'll love it! the Zippy Coin looked pretty!

So I was today in our store here, and it seemed to have some problems with my appointment. My SA probably did made a mistake. We should have an appointment around 3:30 pm - we arrived around 10 minutes too late but I did notify my SA about that. When we arrived my son and me the security told me that my SA is still on the break (wtf?) and will be here around 4 pm. So we waited around 20 minutes at the door while my boy went totally crazy and I didn’t took a stroller with me. Glad my mum was there. Then around 4:05 pm a couple appeared and they also had an appointment with my SA. I was quite in shock and didn’t understand what was going on. So my SA did choose the couple instead of me and we should get another SA.. at that point I was already very upset and I’ve told my mum if we need to wait another 5 minutes we will just go. Just Right after I’ve said this we got another SA. She was actually friendly and showed me the bumper on strap for iPhone 13 Pro (iPhone 13 does not fit) but the strap is so pretty and I does work with the speedy 20!
I sadly forgot my airpods so I couldn’t try the small pouch.
after that I’ve tried another shoulder strap (that I’ve actually also bought) - will post pictures tomorrow!
Then I’ve tried the empreinte PSP and it is sooo tiny but does work for everyday but the shoulder strap was such a deal breaker to me - it was just too short! I couldn’t wear it crossbody. So I’ve also tried the nano Noe but the shoulder strap was also too short.
There was a women with a dog inside the store and my boy was happy to play with him for a few minutes. But then the women wanted to go away and my boy started crying and screaming. So I’ve paid and wanted to leave but before I left the women from the reception came to me and asked me if I could go out with my boy - I was actually speechless. After around 25 minutes inside the store I left. With a very bad feeling.. I will probably never go again to our local store again..

I'm so sorry this happened to you. This was so rude and disrespectful. You shouldn't have to stand for that. I think you need to find yourself a better SA.
