I also really love this collection! I have a lot of cream and other light colored empreinte bags and they're all fine. My golden rule is to not wear them with black or dark jeans. And if you have any new colorful clothes to wash them first before using it with a light colored bag. So far I never had issues with color transfer!

Hi all! I am looking for some advice regarding gifts to SAs. I haven’t clicked with one for a looong time and now I met one that’s a good match and also works hard. I would love to give her a gift as a token of gratitude.
Does anyone know any particular rules for this in the EU? Cost limit? Does it have to be shareable with colleagues? Is it even allowed? Tips on what not to gift?

I'm glad that you've found an SA that you click with but I personally wouldn't give them an actual physical gift.
What I would say is the real gift would be your loyalty to them and letting them know that you will always be open to looking at whatever they need to sell / promote. A loyal client is very valuable and I think they will be grateful to have you as one.

Happy for you but I have never gifted anything to any SA of any brands before...people may see it as bribe...but if you happen to buy something perhaps like cakes or biscuits...get it to be shared with the rest of the team which would be a better outcome like for Christmas etc...but I will not encourage...it's just a normal customer transaction and it's their job to assist...Best to just keep in touch, visit once a month even just to catch up and buy more from them that would help to increase their sales and commission...

Thanks for the advice! I also agree that loyalty/buying from them is the best way and that gifts could be seen as a bribe by the manager. I started wondering since I read elsewhere in the forum about gifts (both shareable and personal, even LV items) and another SA once heavily hinted that she accepted gifts. Maybe it’s more allowed in the US?
I will then focus on a shareable gift. A speedy for every SA!
