So I was today in our store here, and it seemed to have some problems with my appointment. My SA probably did made a mistake. We should have an appointment around 3:30 pm - we arrived around 10 minutes too late but I did notify my SA about that. When we arrived my son and me the security told me that my SA is still on the break (wtf?) and will be here around 4 pm. So we waited around 20 minutes at the door while my boy went totally crazy and I didn’t took a stroller with me. Glad my mum was there. Then around 4:05 pm a couple appeared and they also had an appointment with my SA. I was quite in shock and didn’t understand what was going on. So my SA did choose the couple instead of me and we should get another SA.. at that point I was already very upset and I’ve told my mum if we need to wait another 5 minutes we will just go. Just Right after I’ve said this we got another SA. She was actually friendly and showed me the bumper on strap for iPhone 13 Pro (iPhone 13 does not fit) but the strap is so pretty and I does work with the speedy 20!
I sadly forgot my airpods so I couldn’t try the small pouch.
after that I’ve tried another shoulder strap (that I’ve actually also bought) - will post pictures tomorrow!
Then I’ve tried the empreinte PSP and it is sooo tiny but does work for everyday but the shoulder strap was such a deal breaker to me - it was just too short! I couldn’t wear it crossbody. So I’ve also tried the nano Noe but the shoulder strap was also too short.
There was a women with a dog inside the store and my boy was happy to play with him for a few minutes. But then the women wanted to go away and my boy started crying and screaming. So I’ve paid and wanted to leave but before I left the women from the reception came to me and asked me if I could go out with my boy - I was actually speechless. After around 25 minutes inside the store I left. With a very bad feeling.. I will probably never go again to our local store again..

Bit sad about that too! Maybe if you put the phone in the bag a bit tilted to the side it will work out? I asked her which phone model she has but not sure if she will answer. It’s such a cute bag:hrmm:
Word of warning, if anyone pops their phone in a bag where it sticks out, it may slip out easily if you're startled or have to run.. my poor phone smashed when I had it in my blazer pocket and ran in the rain, it flew right out onto the pavement :wtf::tdown: it didn't have a screen protector and the manufacturer said they'd have to wipe the data in order to change screen!

Luckily I could backup. Now I have a different phone with screen protector, but it is slightly smashed too after sliding off my desk onto tile (still usable Luckily). But these kinds of bags make me nervous for that reason.

Well, i suppose it's a great excuse for a new Pochette or similar that has D ring to secure to Noe strap so nothing flies out!

Sorry you had such a terrible shopping experience. It’s not on to be treated in this way. Was it your regular SA that you booked an appointment with?

Oh no!! So sorry to hear all this, how awful about the SA time mixup and unnecessary wait etc- especially with your boy, he sounds like he did a great job being as patient as possible, not easy when young.

Glad you could get something though, but I get how you feel. I'd be too upset to return. But also upset that I'm treated like that when I'm a paying customer! The SA who asked you to leave could have taken time to figure that you were paying and about to leave anyway!

But who knows. Maybe in a few weeks you'll feel more comfortable again :tup: hopefullyyou have a nicer store nearby to also try.

@Cathindy I saw that on IG ywsterday .. Im soooo f**** , That is small ! And I just changed my phone to 13 promax , maybe I can ask my IT to get me 13 pro .. But they will kick my behind if they hear why I want to changw phone … :sad::facepalm: Sigh … but danggg , its cute !

Oh no, sorry you had such a negative experience! This kind of thing is one of the reasons I much prefer shopping online! :sad:

Yes it was my SA I usually meet. So I actually was very excited to see her after 6 months. It’s not like I’ve made my appointment yesterday. I’ve asked her over a week ago, it’s so upsetting. The other SA was also friendly but no Parfum samples nothing..

Thank you dear!! My son is 2,5 years old and ofc I can’t control him. We waited overall over 20 minutes even tho we had an appointment. Inside the store the time I’ve spend was not even 25 minutes and then I’ve left. my mum did also her best to get him calm as possible. I know I shouldn’t have taken him maybe with me but children are just a part in our live.:(

definitely! Maybe only the German stores are so, but my mum works in a book store and children cry and scream all the time and they never say anything against it because those are only children..
