I rang to see if they could ship the Boulogne in Noir from Kitzbühel to Vienna as it was the only LV store in Austria that had one available. The lovely SA on the phone was able to get one to be shipped to Vienna, but might have to wait 3 weeks.

I placed an order on the 27th December and it still says pending order validation. What does that mean? The money has already left my account.
As soon as you place an order online the money is debited from your account. I wouldn’t worry too much. I had the same for my Nigo XS, which was stuck on pending validation for ages. It took 3 weeks before it was finally shipped. What did you order. A new release or current stock?
I called CS today also, I ordered something on the 5th and it is still pending validation. I was informed the order was accepted, payment had been made and now it will be a couple of weeks for production.
We shall see if it gets cancelled or not.

you could call them and inquire just to see if they give you a similar answer. Your item is LE and large, so makes sense they are only "on order".

Restocks aren’t great the past few weeks, even months. Directly after the last PI it was okay for 3/4 weeks. After that not much is happening anymore
