So my dream bag purchase fell apart :crybaby: the seller didn't send it, I guess she wanted better price for it or started to regret of selling. It was the by the pool summer blue neonoe bb :crybaby:I really need to get over this bag, it is making me mentally ill :panic:I only can hope that there will be even better bag in this upcoming summer collection
I am so sorry it fell through! I am still in love with the BTP collection also - I just purchased a like-new rose Marshmallow on the pre-loved market (for a little over retail, but not too horrendous a markup) because I just love love that bag, and I wanted the strap to wear with my rose Coussin PM. I can’t wait to see what this summer’s unity collection looks like…maybe another Marshmallow bag? The blue Neonoe was a lovely piece!:heart::heart:

Seriously, what‘s been going on with the LV site recently? I have trouble all the time…how can this be intentional (as was suggested by some)? When bying a luxury product I expect a luxury experience in the online shop as well! It‘s like being kicked out of the physical store twice while trying to buy something!!! Sorry for the rant but I do not understand this…
The reason I say it’s intentional is because no serious company would run their online business this way, unless they wanted to. The issues with the website have been going on since just after the PI in early October. LV have plenty in the coffers to have this situation remedied immediately if they so choose. It’s seems they do not!
Scarcity drives up demand and prices. It's Econ 101. Seems like LV has taken a page from Chanel and Hermes. Actually, all luxury houses seem to be heading in this direction.

It was my first time orderding over the phone when I rang the austrian LV client service. Felt a bit weird giving my card details. Anyone with experience ordering their LV over the phone? Trying to ease my mind haha
Ordered many times over the phone here in Austria, no problems whatsoever…probably better than to use the website these days ! What did you order?

I loved the btp collection. I'm more of a neutral person, so the mist color combo stole my heart.

Yes, I agree, but what‘s the point in not allowing customers to pay, log them out of their account all the time, empty their shopping basket just to add the item again but triple the quantity :cursing: I wanted to order something and have given up now after 2 hours after many failed attempts to pay, log in etc….these items were not even htf, a leather bag and clothing, which I thought they wanted people to buy more…

I'm sorry this is happening to you and others. I just purchase in store. I will not put up with this bs. If you live near an LV it really is the best option. I tell my CA what I want and he'll text me to pick up when it hits the store, or orders it for me.

And what might be the reason to make it so hard for customers to buy something??
Stock control. Especially for the htf items. I’ve found if it’s not a popular item the check out process seems to work. Also some have managed to get htf pieces in store, rather than online, which I think LV prefer. In store, an SA can build a profile of a client and get to know them, but that’s virtually impossible online, which is good for resellers.

Don’t worry! I once ordered via phone too and gave my credit card informations.

Thank you

maah wie toll danke! it was defo out of my comfort zone to give my card details (like literally the security code on the back of the card) to a 'stranger':panic:

I rang to see if they could ship the Boulogne in Noir from Kitzbühel to Vienna as it was the only LV store in Austria that had one available. The lovely SA on the phone was able to get one to be shipped to Vienna, but might have to wait 3 weeks.

Loved this collection (and escale) too, soo much! I am so excited for this years summer collection, are there already pics floating around the web (sorry have been put of the LV loop since the price increase in autumn)?
The btp collection was indeed like a dream, I think escale and tahitienne are by far my fav! But honestly it’s easier to say what collection I didn’t like (urgh jeff koons)
