I see. Have you asked CS if they can offer any help given you’re not located near a store. Depending on the item they may offer to put you on a follow up list and then contact you if they source it.
That ‘s a good idea, I did what you said and they told me they will put me on the follow-up list and call when the item is available. Hope that they will call soon:hbeat:
 
Going to have a wee rant here if you don't mind! Been stalking the speedy 20 in mono since released. Always stuck on checkout online! Been into store 4-5 times since October to collect online orders but also to check if in to no avail. Finally a SA has kindly offered to keep an eye out on me. 2 days in a row she's told me it's come in but the first time a vip client bought it whilst she was sending me a payment link via whatsapp, then second day it came in again but she said she couldn't sell to me as I've maxed my limit! Felt like a child having a candy dangled in front of me and then told I can't have it- TWICE! :annoyed: I know she's just doing her job and following company policy but ggrrrr....:cursing:

Not to mention they may have also blocked my online account and I can't log in. Comes up with message "Request failed status code 403".:confused1: Anyone had this happen?

So annoying! I hope you can get the bag eventually! :smile: But I’m sure your account isn’t blocked, the website has glitches all the time.

Sorry to hear you’re also unable to checkout with htf items online. It’s now a common issue and LV are clearly not going to remedy the situation. I don’t think you’re blocked as logging in has also become a major pain in the a**. I find hitting refresh usually does the trick and gets me in.

On the matter of your SA, it does indeed seem a cruel joke. Surely she would’ve looked at your account and known you were up to your limit when she agreed to contact you once the bag was in. I’d double check with CS if you’re account has reached the limit. Good luck and I hope you manage to get the 20 :flowers:.
 
Yes it was, the seller must have deleted her account as the bag can't be found anymore and neither her other sold bags. Well, maybe there were something wrong with it and I saved myself from other problems :annoyed:
Ah 15 days of waiting and cancellation, that is so BS :mad:

It’s really super annoying and I do understand if you can’t sent an item for whatever reason but come don’t let me wait 15 days for nothing!
 
Seriously, what‘s been going on with the LV site recently? I have trouble all the time…how can this be intentional (as was suggested by some)? When bying a luxury product I expect a luxury experience in the online shop as well! It‘s like being kicked out of the physical store twice while trying to buy something!!! Sorry for the rant but I do not understand this…

The reason I say it’s intentional is because no serious company would run their online business this way, unless they wanted to. The issues with the website have been going on since just after the PI in early October. LV have plenty in the coffers to have this situation remedied immediately if they so choose. It’s seems they do not!
