It should be only on the items you keep. However if you do too many returns this can also result in a ban.I didn’t realize they ban you if you exceed the limit
In case you order but send the item back. Does that also count towards the limit or only the items you order and actually keep?

Tough choice! I like the boulougne but I think the metis would fit more and I like the strap it comes with. Personally I would still get the boulougne though because it would suit my frame more as I'm quite small. I also like that it comes with strap and chain. I watched a video the other day on the metis and they say it fits alot because it expands! I know I have been no help but both are good choices

Lv can basically ban you for whatever reason they want. Ofc it’s their own right if they don’t want to sell you items anymore. I’m also banned too, not sure bc of the returns or htf items. But now I’m buying via my mum
