Not sure this is an indication that it's discontinued yet. 'Contact Us', 'Call for Availability', 'Notify Me' etc., all these change randomly and are not consistent. I have call for alternatives listed for everything that's out of stock on my WL on the UK site, including items that are not discontinued.
yep, same here. Even the Multi Pochette in mono shows up „discover alternatives“ randomly but you can order by SA…
It makes me crazy that the mexican website doesn’t show up the PA at all

I am thinking of purchasing another bag before any PI
And wondering which one you would go for
Pochette Métis in reverse or new boulogne with black leather
I like Métis because of the reverse print and boulogne because of the size and easy opening but I do have a mountsouris backpack with black leather trim so it would be too similar maybe
Not considering boulogne with vachetta because want to have a care free bag
Also do you think new boulogne would fit more stuff in?

Tough choice! I like the boulougne but I think the metis would fit more and I like the strap it comes with. Personally I would still get the boulougne though because it would suit my frame more as I'm quite small. I also like that it comes with strap and chain. I watched a video the other day on the metis and they say it fits alot because it expands! I know I have been no help but both are good choices
@Emphosix I asked my SA If my bf can buy the mini pochette on his account (we live separately and completely different details) and he said he would have to check because they're not supposed to allow people to buy for people who are banned

Basically means you cant buy from Louis anymore. Any order you make, they will automatically cancel and refund. They havent been specific about the reason why. My SA said that I have bought too many hard to find items in a given period of time. Then CS said the ban was for 2 years. It's not my fault that lv release a new collection all the time
Your SA is not being at all helpful. What exactly is he checking. I can’t imagine asking if a banned client can get someone else to circumvent the system will be met with overwhelming approval. I know, that was my thoughts. Now they probably will connect our accounts and my boyf wont be able to buy for me because I've been too honest about it! It's in their t&c's - I think it's 12 purchases a year, 6 purchases in 4 consecutive weeks, I had gone over the 12 but my limit was due to renew september (next month) so I hadnt gone crazy . Also my SA kept telling me I was fine with regards to purchase limit and then BAM he said I could no longer buy.

This annoys me so much. They are releasing SO many collections but at the same time want to stay super hard to get and punish people for buying too much. I mean, I'd understand banning people because they let's say, buy 6 mono key pouches in one month and whatnot, but everything else just sounds ... exhausting (especially for collectors?).
On another note: Today I got a little "Happy Birthday" Card from LV and was wondering - why didn't I get one last year?
Do they just send those out when you spent a certain amount in a year? It was nevertheless super cute and a little cute surprise haha!
