Sadly I would return now knowing that they do produce them without the cuts in the canvas and we all know LV won't repair bags with cuts to the canvas :sad:. When I showed my boyfriend before just for his opinion he said "oh the tear?" and he doesn't even know anything about handbags. But don't just return it, contact CS to say that your bag has these cuts to the canvas and ask to be waitlisted as they know it's a hard bag to get. Good luck, let us know how you get on :flowers:

Unfortunately, through my PA mono returns I've had it both ways - 1 time they said they would call me back and the next time they waitlisted me. If you get waitlisted, you should get an email to confirm? Have you received this? To be waitlisted for PA mono CS have to get authorisation from back office so can't do it there and then I don't think unless they already had stock available.

I must admit the first time I did a return I also didn't fully understand what happened so I called them back again to see if I got a consistent answer from another agent and of course I didn't :facepalm:

Just a theory but it seemed like it was just a really bad batch of PA's.

I’ve got some laureate from Vestaire but they don’t fit me Right LOL, so I want to buy one in my right size since they are half size smaller then they should :whut:

I was waiting for that e-mail but didn't get it so I guess I'm not waitlisted. But he left his name so I'll call him again when ups picked up the parcel. :yes:
