Ok guys. I called CS this morning to order a return on monday for my defective PA. I first ordered the return and then asked for a replacement but he didn't understand it at first so he was like oh! You want to exchange! I was like yes...
The thing is... the person I was talking to had a heavy accent and was breathing in the telephone so I couldn't hear everything he said but I didn't have the heart to tell him because he was so nice.
So my question is - what did he say to me at this point of the conversation? I think he said that he wanted me to contact him again because he left his name. Or did he put me on the replacement wait list? I would need to call again...
Why am I always putting myself in these awkard situations?

This is a keeper. Glazing can be fixed, canvas cannot. I think the separate dust bag for the strap is LV saying “We f**ked up. Accept our humble apology for what was a disastrous shopping experience and should never happen to another customer”. Congrats! You deserve a medal for patience and perseverance!

The tab is starting to lift in the corner so over time with use it might get worse. Ideally you would want it fully together flat without it lifting at all.Sorry what do you mean with bad glazing? I always wondered what people mean with it. Doesnt it look perfect in my eyes.
Late to the party but I would go for the galet. As you have two wonderful crossbodies in monogram already, would be nice to have something different and as it's neutral, it will go with everything.
