@bigverne28 so there are no more Game On Kiragami sets to buy?

I managed to preorder the Game On card holder which I haven't got yet. And I ordered the bandeau. But I wasn't liking the price of the kiragami set so didn't buy. Now from what I've read, it's all sold out.
This is what I was told by MI5 aka CS. They're are so evasive with info sometimes. You never come away with a satisfactory answer to your question so who knows. I would keep checking the website just in case.

Cardholder could take up to 3 months to become available so this one is a waiting game...….

I always feel guilty and anxious when I make a return so I understand, although I've only done 2 returns. I couldn't imagine doing it 9 times. Maybe that's why your SA is behaving the way they are with you.
Welp, I will probably not contact my SA again after I’ve got the Zoe wallet from repair. But my Métis in empreinte got some damage and I wanna repair this too:facepalm:
And I wanted to buy the scarf over my SA not over online it was available today, the grey Logomania but it’s sold out again but I wanted at least to buy this over my SA.

If your SA is leaving you feeling this disappointed by them I think it’s time to find yourself a new one!
I get they are incredibly busy but ignoring a customer who spends money with them is just plain rude.
I would buy the scarf next time it comes online or when you’re next in store find yourself another SA you feel you could build up some kind of relationship with!
It would leave a sour taste in my mouth if I were treated that way.
My SA text me this afternoon wishing me a beautiful Christmas and to hopefully see me in store soon - that’s how it should be!

I really don’t wanna text again „can I have an answer?“ ive texted her yesterday at 6 PM, she read it at 10 PM and then she was online today and posted a story at 3 PM, so she’s ignoring me. And that’s not the first time. I really don’t know what should I do? When I’m at the store she was always kind but over whats app she often ignores me :(....

Ahh that sure does suck.
It’s her loss - you’ve bought a fair bit recently too so it’ll be another SA’s gain soon enough I’m sure! :smile:

I'm new here. Was trying to get Pochette Accessories for quite some times now. Contacted SA from LV and been stalking the website with no luck. I'm located in Singapore so I have contacted the SA here was told the pre order already closed. Need to wait for 3 to 4 months to see if they reopen for the booking. Any tips on how to get the bag? I have been using chrome auto refresh on every 5 sec now. If anyone has any idea when or how to get the bag please kindly advise. Appreciated!

She’s not worth your time. My SA takes so long to respond to my query aswel, you can pop into store when you have time and find another.

This is the Europe thread and have different stock. I would check one of the threads that cover Asia to see it they can help with tips. Good luck!
