They show up on ebay from time to time. That's where I got mine. Came from the previous NY sale. Since they just had another sale there, it's possible one might show up. Just keep watching and post any auction links here for authentification.
I got mine from e-bay as well, several months ago, bnwt. Then there was a huge dry spell and I didn't ever see one listed until recently when several popped up. Just keep your eyes open on e-bay.
