OMG the price
Well, i like the idea, but it doesn't look quite right on this bag.
Maybe if it was a smaller LV bag with a bit of embossed LV print to break up the leather then it might not be so 'in-yer-face'??
It just looks kinda washed out.

I like the vachetta Alma and petite Bucket, but don't care for the Ellipse - looks like a naked clam to me!
I don't like it, it looks a bit strange. And can you imagine the upkeep on a bag like that? I already am going crazy just because the handles of my Speedy... I don't even want to imagine the nervous breakdown I'd have if my ENTIRE bag was vachetta leather.

It kinda reminds me of the bags my friend and I purchased in Greece about 15 years ago when we were young and backpacking through europe. We bought these leather bags that would patina. Well- my friend came back to the states with a beautiful patina on hers and mine was stained with ouzzo!!!
