eBay Non-Paying Bidder List

I had a buyer message me intensely about a very expencive item I had listed on bonanzle. She became a bit stalkish but was insisting that she wanted to buy. I think she sent me 10´+ messages. Towards the end I asked her to give me her ebay id and I also revealed that I had recently had someone attempt to scam me. Her next message was " sorry, pp won´t let me buy anything for the next 24 hours because of me having bought alot this past week". I never heard from her again.
She was new to bonanzle but I got the impression she knew what she was doing. Either she is a total idiot or she was planning to scam me and got cold feet when I asked for her ebay id.
I had a weird feeling about her from the start.

I seem to be having a rash of people who BIN and then never pay, which to me is worse than bidding and not paying, since I cannot send out 2nd chance offers AND I still have to pay fees.

What p*ssed me off most was the first one- she's definitely been on E-bay long enough to know better!

Be sure to put the name as all lower case characters or you'll get an "invalid ID" error.
