I have had to block many recently because of no pay and have never encountered this issue before and have been selling and buying since 2004.Got the approval from Vlad to start this. There are guidelines to follow to avoid potential abuses.
They are:
This list is only a reference. It is not meant to blacklist people for personal reasons. As a seller, it is something you can come and look at to decide for yourself whether or not you wish to block someone from bidding on your auctions.
- only list people who have flaked out on you for no good reason. (there can be extenuating forgivable circumstances - please be fair and resonable).
- Please list the item number in question so members here could look up and verify it really happened and read the feedback as well.
Please only post the members name and item # and a BRIEF description of what happened. No chit chat. Use PM for that.

Yes I've just spotted that too. What's the point of updating the list if selected names appear to be dropped?

buyer is in indonesia, after auction ends I issue an invoice and they get back to me saying that they want me to ship through regular post (not courier and express) because of custom charges. I say ok and change the invoice, since then no contact, i asked whether they still intended to pay, still no response, I opened a npb case now and will block buyer.
I think this is a reseller as they are buying a lot of luxury goods, but I can't ship an expensive bag without insurance etc, plus it clearly says ask all questions before auction ends. what a waste of time.
