aprilshopper did a BIN on a 3.1 Phillip Lim number and just didn't pay. Despite several emails from me, a non paying case with ebay. S/he seemed to be buying other stuff though as her feedback numbers loaded up. Irritating. Plus her feedback was private so I couldn't see previous comments. I guess there was a reason for that.

waited 9 days to pay, ignored my emails and my cancellation request then finally paid and has emailed now asking why i havent bothered to ship yet when my listing states 3 business days..
i love people who take them time paying but then expect you to bend over backwards to rush ship there item to them. these are her wedding shoes lol and im supposed to make sure they are there in time when she couldnt be bothered to pay right away to make sure they had plenty of time.

This buyer - new to eBay - bought a NWT Coach bag from me, used it for 3 months, and then contacted me about concerns over the metallic leather showing signs of wear (it was an exotic embossed satchel with metallic leather similar to that Coach Tattoo tote that came out a few years back). Anyway, this sounded like a problem with craftsmanship, so I politely told her to contact Coach & to send the bag to them for assessment/repair.
The buyer then got IRATE with me, demanding that I "fix" it because I was the one that originally sold her the bag, and then claimed she was going to file complaints against me with the FBI/ICE, FCC, eBay, & whoever else necessary to "ruin my life"... claiming that I sell fakes and am just trying to scam HER... Long story short, she was rude, irrational, & very threatening, stating I should "watch over my shoulder because she's coming for me" -- so just an FYI, y'all - watch out for this buyer!

I did try that at first, and she flipped out on me... it's sad, because all she had to do was throw the bag in a box and ship it to Coach, with a note explaining her concerns... Instead, she's choosing to ignore a simple solution to her problem & be incredibly difficult instead. In 4-5 years of being a eBay member, I've never been talked to like that - it was kind of creepy! So, I did report her to eBay after she threatened me.

And no, she never left feedback... She signed my guestbook with some nasty comments, but I deleted them.

This is a new member, & after hearing from another seller regarding this person's unusual bidding activity, our instincts were right & they're causing problems for a number of sellers - Right now, they have at least 2-3 Coach NPB cases opened on them. In the past couple of weeks, it appears they bid up a bunch of auctions, won at least two (including one of mine), and have not paid or communicated in any way...
But - here's one NPB for you to consider adding to your BBL: padgett7112012
