No communication for 4 days, filed a NPB case to claim my fees back, she paid, I shipped the shoes, tracking said delivered, she said it was lost then she found it 5 days later "hidden in the bushes" by the postman, complained about my shipping fee, emailed her a receipt with the amount I paid which was over what I charged her), then she leaves me a negative feedback for a supposed SNAD but she won't back up her claim that it was SNAD.

Check her feedback for others.

This buyer has changed her ebay id from annag811 to lovesenorita.

morecouture1- bid, won and never paid. Sent two invoices, both went without any response. I then submitted a cancel transaction and the buyer declined within minutes. Funny that she was very quick to decline the cancel transaction request, but not to completing the transaction. I still got the transaction cancelled by calling eBay. :nogood:

Buyer: farrah026

eBay item #: 320861578841 for Miu Miu Harlequin tote. No refunds.

Buyer demanded refund citing SNAD because the leather is dry and rough. I asked what about my listing description was misleading, and that in any event the leather is perfect and exactly what Miu Miu chose for this style bag and how they all are. I offered full refund upon return, except shipping, but only if she fessed up to buyer's remorse rather than insult my listing integrity.

Immediately files SNAD claim with paypal (over $30 shipping charge and because apparently I'm rude and over the top:laugh:). Doofuses at paypal sided with her without ever telling me how my bag was not as described. I got follow up gloating lecture from her today that quality of leather on Balenciaga bags [yep, I kid you not] is a material factor to any collector for determining value, basically blaming me for failing to disclose that the leather on this Miu Miu Harlequin was not quite up to Balenciaga leather standards.

Ban this buyer who trumps up a SNAD claim to avoid accountability for buyer's remorse and lack of knowledge about style of bag she purchased.

mamawof10 won auction, I allow 7 days to pay, unresponsive after 2 weeks of trying to contact, opened Unpaid Item Dispute, case closed in my favor. Apparently she's still buying things...just unresponsive to me.

But people the best way to control this is with the email of the buyers because, if they creat another acount they can change their name, but the paypal email is diferent.
And I believe that the bigest danger are the buyers that ask for refound, if they lose no problem they have the stuff if they win they have the stuff and the money back, and for does we have a solution, creat a list and keep the list rolling in the site.

Done! This is infuriating!! I sold a bag as non-returnable. The buyer didn't pay until the day I filed a non-paying bidder dispute. After the buyer got the bag, she filed a dispute with Ebay saying the "metal Plaque was all scratched up." Ebay sided with her and told her to return it to me and issued her a full refund. When I got the bag back, the protective plastic was still on the plaque. Had she peeled it off, the scratches would have gone with it. Oy!! Block violetdelove. It really bugs me that Ebay sided with a buyer with (1) feedback as opposed to a seller with 100% positive FB on over 1800 transactions. Bad business plain and simple.

Requested user information from ebay 30 days after she received the item. I contacted her asking if there was a problem and why she requested my address and phone number. She replied saying that she noticed a "loose seam on the side of the bikni bottoms and wanted a full refund" (keep in mind that this bikini had NO sides because it ties)--I declined her request for a full refund, she had the item for 30 days, and I have a billion photos showing that the item did not have any flaws. Long story short, ebay of course sided with her, received the item back WITHOUT any loose seams.:rant: Buyer's remorse should not be grounds for a fault return!
