kmwhite27 bid and won my item 230738915007

Emailed me saying she was having an issue with Pay Pal . . . then asked for extension. I gave extension. Finally stopped replying to any of my emails. I filed a non paying strike against her and relisted my item.

how long should a seller (me) wait for a NPB to finally pay up? I sent her an invoice when auction ended, then two separate messages, asking if she needed more time, I'd give it to her. I don't like to rush people, but Not One Response Ever. It's been nearly two weeks. She has 100% feedback, as do I. And sellers say she pays immediately. I wonder how come not with me? Is opening a case/reporting her even necessary or should I just leave it alone?

open a case now manually. Set your system up to open cases automatically after 4 days. It will reduce stress and increase the level of certainty in your eBaying. Then you will feel annoyed for a week or so and then move on, rather than have something dragging on for weeks. Life is to short! Someone else will want your item and be happy with it.

Ok thanks. I will do so now! I hope this gets resolved. Will they end up leaving me pour feedback? That would tarnish my ratings right?

No, if the case is closed without payment, they cannot leave feedback. Even so, if they leave poor fb because they didn't like the fact that you filed an NPB, Ebay will likely remove it (fb cannot in any circumstance refer to a case filed)

Got the approval from Vlad to start this. There are guidelines to follow to avoid potential abuses.
They are:

  • only list people who have flaked out on you for no good reason. (there can be extenuating forgivable circumstances - please be fair and resonable).
  • Please list the item number in question so members here could look up and verify it really happened and read the feedback as well.
This list is only a reference. It is not meant to blacklist people for personal reasons. As a seller, it is something you can come and look at to decide for yourself whether or not you wish to block someone from bidding on your auctions.

Please only post the members name and item # and a BRIEF description of what happened. No chit chat. Use PM for that.
Hi beautiful people!!! I just had a horrible 24 hour of my life:crybaby: Yesterday I saw LV delightful Pm, almost new at Ebay, bidding time left is 18 hours. I made my bid and wanting to win because im really planning to buy brand new on Monday, but here I am trying to save some money, made a bid, 1st time and first time also in ebay. Just registered. But then, the SELLER BLOCKED me from the bidding, noting that "No information can be found, 0 feedback. I already told the seller that its my first time in Ebay. Im not really an avid fan of internet shopping but lately, due to my newborn baby, cant go shopping in the mall, I end up with internet shopping.:confused1: Wanting the bag very much emailed the seller 4x but no reply. Then browsing the internet again, came up with an LV delightful Pm in Bonanza, with almost the same price, no bidding. I bought it, but until now after 8 hours, never heard from the seller yet. What am I supposed to do????????????

Please repost your question in the appropriate E-Bay forum. As you can see from the post you quoted, this thread is not for problem solving matters. It is only a reference for deadbeat buyers. Thanks!

Bought a Kors set from a reputable seller on eBay and stated she got a piece of cr*p instead. She returned a dirty filthy used scarf print tote to the seller. Seller filed a police report. Seller out $424. She is waiting for a decision form the powers that be.
