Buyer won two auctions, I messaged her telling her I can get the package out tomorrow morning if she pays tonight since it's the weekend. She replied saying I had blocked her and has no interest in paying and said she notified ebay. Notified for what? I looked at her feedback and apparently she had requested to cancel another transaction also.

No communication for 4 days, filed a NPB case to claim my fees back, she paid, I shipped the shoes, tracking said delivered, she said it was lost then she found it 5 days later "hidden in the bushes" by the postman, complained about my shipping fee, emailed her a receipt with the amount I paid which was over what I charged her), then she leaves me a negative feedback for a supposed SNAD but she won't back up her claim that it was SNAD.

Check her feedback for others.

Check your listings, if you DO NOT accept returns make sure eBay doesn't have 7 day return policy checked. She takes advantage of that and ebay sides with her. Buyers can now file a SNAD file against sellers whose listings say a return policy but state they do not take returns.

Hi, I just looked up this buyer and it states this is not a valid ebay id. Do you have the correct spelling for their id? I would like to block this awful bidder. Thanks

Thank you. She harassed me nonstop until I had to call eBay and request help from them. Apparently some of the members who left her feedback said she did the same to them after she got the feedback and the item. Her lies are horrid and she keeps changing her stories.

New member (or maybe new account?) who left negative fb saying he did not receive the correct quantity, then contacted me asking for a refund otherwise he will leave the negative fb and badmouth my seller ID. This is a violation of eBay's Feedback Policy! Offered a refund but he can't return the items because he's already opened all of them!! I looked up other feedback that he's left, and surprise, another negative because the "item was broken". Beware!

International buyer (I'm in the U.S.) who purchased my LV Stephen Sprouse Roses scarf. She paid promptly. On my auctions, I highlight customs duty info. See closed auction:

When item arrived to her Japanese address, she refused the package due to high cost of customs duty.

When item ret'd to me, I refunded her $$$ the same day, less the $35.00, which I charged for shipping fees. Shipping costs were actually $61.00, and she paid $35.00.

She filed a Item Not Rec'd Case against me. ?Today Paypal sided with her, and refunded her the $35.00 postage costs back.

She left me negative feedback, which Ebay did remove. Hallelujah!

Her correspondence to me was hysterical, demanding and explosive. I maintained a calm, civil manner during the correspondence, which was difficult!

She rec'd her $35.00 back, so I guess she was right, when she said, "I reiceved message from Paypal about refund,but you didnt refund me FULL amount so I am waiting for FULL amount.There is law wverywhere in the world,you must refund FULL amount to the buyer,and buyer can refund goods within 7 days of purchase.If I open Paypal dispute they will refund me back so hopefully you undrstand this and you will refund me back.Because it is like that everywhere.You cannot keep shipping cost"

If you are an int'l seller, please block this bidder.

I also believe that she is not a "new" Ebay member - she had one positive fb. I believe she is a past member who has opened a new account. She seemed to really know her way around Paypal and Ebay.

Begged me to accept her best offer almost immediately after I listed my item. Contacted buyer on day 3 to see if she still wanted the item. Buyer said yes and begged me not to relist, never paid or responded to NPB claim.

Made an offer on my item, I accepted, and then she vanished into the wind.... And judging by recent feedback she received the other day (unfortunately this feedback was not there prior to me accepting her offer), I am not the only seller she did this to recently.... NPB has been opened against this buyer.
