Ebay Auction - sold Chanel coat - high bidder did not pay. I rec'd my fvf credit yesterday. Non-paying bidder - hyun
What is needed is an APP , that when you dispatch an item , you copy paste the address into the app window , a check then is made on a database against that address , then the app can pop up alerts such as "high INR CLAIMS MADE " , "HIGH negatives given " , then seller has an informed guess at whether to send recorded or not , and which carrier to use.Buyers can make new accounts to avoid blocks without ebay taking action unless a negative is given by the buyer.And then you still loose the item due to INR claim.
Ugh another one diemnguyen1825 place a bid on my item 160659746078 no response....I sent 2 invoices. :tumbleweed: opened case hopefully I will at least get my FVF back. What a waste of time.

She won my auction for a rare Guerlain Blush, took 3 days to pay. I sent it out the same day she paid, she received it within a couple days, left positive feedback then opened up a dispute with paypal saying it was an unauthorized transaction. I gave paypal the tracking number and everything they asked for. It was resolved in 24 hours in my favor thank god.
She has 610, 100% positive feedback...but still be wary of her.

I had a Michael Kors Astor tote for sale as an auction and she asked if she could "buy it now" at the opening bid which I agreed to. I changed the listing format and she bought it on Sunday or Monday I can't remember. Wednesday she still hadnt paid and asked if she could wait until Friday when she gets paid. I reluctantly agreed and now Friday is gone and the bag is still unpaid for. I sent her message yesterday saying she needs to pay immediately or I'm relisting the bag and still nothing. FVF= Final value fee. If you file a non-paying bidder case she will have a strike against her and you will get your FVF back
The listing ended on October 10 so since she hasn't paid even after responding to your messages, you can file NPB (non-paying bidder). Note that she may have offered to pay quickly but ebay allows at least 4 days for payment so there's nothing you can or should do for at least 4 days anyway.
Usually that's enough to get her attention and if she intended to pay, she probably will. If she doesn't respond to the dispute, any feedback she leaves can be removed but if she responds, even if you give her a strike, she will be able to leave feedback.
This bidder had good communication up until the end of the auction for two Hermes Pochettes. She wanted to know if I would combine shipping, and she asked a lot of questions about the scarves and now she wont pay or answer any emails. Ebay opened non paying bidder automatically and I have two more days to wait before they give her two strikes for not paying.
