Erica25 she's on Bonanza. persuaded me to help her buy her first Balenciaga. she paid a small deposit & i reserved the bag for her for 3 months. i have sent her countless messages & e~mails but she doesn't reply. she has since made her Bonanza profile private so perhaps she is playing other sellers too.

Just for information, you only have confirmed adress with PayPal if you live in USA, Europeans don't have confirmed adresses, my adress is listed as unconfirmed, I have phoned PayPal and got the above information, so unconfirmed adress does not mean untrustet buyers ore sellers.

The worst is buyers who receive your item ..they without communication file item not as described they ask for full refund you accept and don't realize they are not then required to return..number one scam ebay
eBay has done nothing to fix this problem

She won my auction for a rare Guerlain Blush, took 3 days to pay. I sent it out the same day she paid, she received it within a couple days, left positive feedback then opened up a dispute with paypal saying it was an unauthorized transaction. I gave paypal the tracking number and everything they asked for. It was resolved in 24 hours in my favor thank god.

She has 610, 100% positive feedback...but still be wary of her.

Update on this: Just this morning I woke up to an email from paypal saying this person has filed a chargeback with the credit card company towards this purchase claiming now her credit card was used without authorization. And to this date this person still has 100% positive feedback. Why this is happening to me, I'll never know. And oh how I hate ebay for not letting sellers leave negative feedback. Probably why she still has 100% positive feedback, the sellers she tries to screw over don't have the chance to neg her.

Go to the details page of the paypal transaction. If it's showing as "eligible" for seller protection, call paypal, point that out to them and they should release your funds and fight this on your behalf.
