ifaria17 bought a bag, could not pay in full so put 30% deposit. Did not pay the balance month later but with a bunch of excuses. Then filed an Item Was Not Received claim via PayPal to get her deposit back. An irresponsible and dishonest buyer.

Did she win that dispute? I thought INR (or other disputes) couldn't be filed when partial payments were made.
You might be able to dispute that claim.
You are right! I didn't think of it since I was so upset. I just refuned her the money and didn't want to deal with her anymore. And, she is also a tPFer.
