Not a non-paying buyer but a PITA that I wouldn't advise anyone deal with: gemmax79

Bought a pair of Louboutins and didn't pay. Sent a friendly reminder asking when I can expect payment and if he didn't (it's a man) want to complate the transaction, let me know because I had other interested buyers. Responded a day later telling me to undervalue them on the customs form and he'd pay. I said I can't do that - it's illegal and as a lawyer, I would never break the law and sign a federal document that I knew to be a lie. Instead of taking it in stride, he responded that it was a simple formality and I wasn't agreeing to do it because of my mood (like I was doing that out of spite) and that is just how I was disrespecting him as a customer. I politely asked to cancel the transaction, called eBay and had them document this gem, and have refunded him. No response yet to either my email or request to cancel.

gallerista2008 This lady is a liar and thief. She paid with an echeck and paypal told me to wait 3 to 4 days for the check to clear. I let her know that I would ship the dress when her check cleared. She lied and said she paid with her credit card even though paypal sent me an email stating that she paid with her echeck. She then asked me to ship the dress that same day. She must think I'm stupid, since I'm a new ebay seller. She thought I would ship the dress and knew she had no money in her checking account. She would have received my dress and I would have never gotten my money. Of course her check was denied, because she had no funds. I sent her an email that her echeck was denied and asked her to submit another payment. She said she would and of course never did. I opened a nonpaid dispute and it closed today, because she never paid. Block this awful lady. I wish we could leave feedback to warn other sellers.

csd727 - did a BIN on one of my auctions, then emailed me with a story about how "something came up" and she could no longer purchase the item (I of course was stupid enough to believe her, so I cancelled transaction). I just looked at her feedback and eventhough its all positive (since there are no other options for a buyer) sellers still wrote negative comments. She had two other sellers state the same thing, that she bought something from them and refused to pay.

Update: I posted earlier about how she was going to file a SNAD against me. I accepted her return and dress came back DAMAGED!!!
Absolutely horrible selling experience with this woman. Sellers beware!

Burby888. Will try to scam you. tried to make me ship to a different address. Phone number she has listed with her shipping address? They've never heard of her. Contacted her 10 times though Ebay and through 2 email addresses. When I requested to cancel transaction she replied: NO. Just spent 20 minutes on the phone with Ebay explaining situation and finally they manually credited my final selling fees.

because eBay's system doesn't accept capitalized names, it's just "burby888"

OK ladies. Having BIG issues with peanutsawddsm

First he is a 0 feedback eBayer with no transactions under his belt.

Second he is attempting to make me accept a lower offer for the item he used a BIN for. BIN was $450 and he is now asking me to sell to him for $300

From Germany, she bought a MJ on ebay and then I sold her a second MJ off ebay and she claimed INR on both. I haven't lost a package in over three years so the odds that both item's sent to her disappeared is slim to none. Block her and avoid the headache.
