glasshouse_1725 bid on an item of mine, never paid. I filed npb, she FINALLY contacted me begging me not to give her a strike because she couldn't afford to pay due to a bunch of doctor bills. I looked at her bid history - she has bought TONS of other bags and shoes and paid, so she just had buyer's remorse and I gave her the strike she deserved. She's done this to other sellers - at least one gave her a strike, and one other that I contacted felt sorry for her and didn't.

As frustrating as it is to have non-payers, this buyer's offer to reimburse your fees is honorable and indicates that she's probably telling the truth.

It's so rare to get a buyer to admit to a mistake and apologize for it. Personally, that's the type of buyer I wouldn't mind having! It's the no-communication-no-payment-no-response to UID buyer that's the PITA.

You can choose to either accept or decline it but I'd thank her for her generous reimbursement offer.

She has made no offer of money in her second message, I spent hours on that listing as a seller she should be honourable.when I bid on an item even if I feel like changing my mind , I remind myself my bid is my word and part of a contract and I don't break my contracts. she is a dealer and has a big website so buys of E bay ( when she feels like paying that is) and sells on so she should know better.

Outcome: Bid on my item but did not pay. I opened a case after two failed contact attempts. Still waiting for my final value fee credit from ebay. Still no contact from the buyer, even though the feedback said this person was a great ebayer. Go figure.

I am taking the return because it is too hard to deal with buyers that pull the fake card.

I am contacting the store where she said she bought the briefcase and also Coach Corporate Offices.

Ooooh this makes me so mad.. I just closed the case against my non-paying bidder and went into her feedback to check if she had any neutral/negative strikes against her...she bought almost the exact same handbag she bought from me the very same day....rrrr! And then she has the nerve to deactivate her ebay account.

This girl's name is ASHLEY CROUCH from Waco, GA just in case she opens a new ebay account and attempts to purchase through ebay again.

She didn't deactivate it. Ebay naru'ed her.
 
naana2 - won auction, never paid.. filed unpaid item , won and got my fees refunded.

buyer emails me after losing the unpaid item case, and asks me to send an invoice, saying she was on vacation. (She had bid/paid on other items during this time). I had already relisted the item.
 
my auction was finished last night at 7 pm.
then until now 1pm the next day havent got response
..my bidder very suspicious..
0 feed back and just joined ebay couple of days a go.

i send invoice last night and email today asked the bidder to pay the latest 2 days after auction ended. and still no reponse
lets see how it go...
