eventually pays 7days + then contacts to say item damaged 3 days after they recieve it, sends me a photo of belt buckle showing they have worn and damaged it , I send a photo of the perfect condition buckle that I took one hour before posting it.
I checked feedback and I am not the first, and will not be the last to be a victim of this buyer.

the one on the left is the one they sent me after I ask for it some 7 days after they recieve it. the one on the right is the photo I took one hour before I posted it. I feel sick in my stomach ( I should say I do have two e bay accounts)

kelljewels -- this ebayer is as slimy as they come. She had a feedback score of zero which meant I should have known better than to do business with her but she really wanted my bag (which is 100% authentic). In my listing I said I'd give refunds no questions asked no matter what but she filed a dispute against me rather than simply ask for her money back. She intentionally damaged my LV bag while she had it (I can only guess that she thought I'd never refund her) and then sent it back and filed a claim against me. I'll never understand why Ebay doesn't offer SELLER PROTECTION!!

it has been 8 days since she won an item i was selling. three days after winning she sent me the following message:

hi there. really sorry but ive lost my job. i will not be able to pay for this bag. sorry for any trouble caused.​

then i warned her that she agreed to pay if she won at the time of bidding. i told her that ebay could make a strike against her for non-payment.

she then replied:

well i havent got the money. its unfair to give me a strike if im telling you why i cant pay.​

so i took a look at her feedback. she had only two as a buyer. the rest were for selling. i just don't understand why she would not retract her bid if she lost her job.

besides that, she should know how much ebay charges in fees. she recently sold a mulberry, a miu miu, and an lv. i opened a case 4 days ago, but she has taken no action.

i don't know how long this is going to go on.

If she doesn't respond or doesn't pay, she earns a strike.

pearly_c - bidded and won my multicolore monogram speedy that was on a timed 7 day auction didn't pay so i contacted buyer after 4 days she finally responded and said she bought the bag somewhere else :bagslap: WTF?

Hi Gang, its been a long time, but I have to post this person here. I have been making room for new LV and have been selling all my old items. If any of you remember me I have great quality items that are kept in terrific condition. Anywho.... I sold a LV Vernis wallet on ebay in great condition and was told after 1 week that it had a black stain on it and looked as if someone had written on it. I told them that was inpossible and if they wanted to they could file a case, well they did and after about 30 days of back and forth Ebay awarded them the money. :( Once the wallet was returned to me it was clear that a child had marked it up with a crayon. This !@#$^& is for the birds. I am so thankful that I am almost done with selling. Anyway, I know that was a lot to say and most of you have been through worst. PLEASE POST HER ID ON YOUR ACCTS. THANX A BUNNCH. DONT BE A VICTUM OF HER ABUSE TO OUR PRECIOUS ITEMS AND THEN WANT A RETURN!!!!!. NEVER AGAIN.

The buyer will bid on your item and then ask for an installment plan to pay. Buyer will not email or ask for payment arrangements before the auction ends. She will wait until the invoice is sent to spring her surprise on the seller.

one message after winning the item asking if her bf could pay for her using his paypal or she could send a money order. then nothing. not responding to messages. 10 days later, unpaid item case is closed without payment.
