This is her new sn. Before it was stellalunamtmom... or something like that. She is horrible. She purchased a basically brand new LV from me, asked me to send it to her right away even though she couldn't make payment for a couple days. I waited of course. When she finally did make payment she sent me an email asking me to hurry up and send her the item. Um, ok. After she gets the item she sends me email telling she wants a partial refund because there were "spots" which were not there. I just wanted this crazy person out of my life so I agreed to give her $50, she asked for $100. She gives me positive feedback. THEN... a couple weeks later, she has decided that she no longer wants it so she puts in a claim that "item was not as described". WHAT?! Whatever. I told her to send it back to me and I'd refund. THEN... after I had already agreed to refund her she claims it's not authentic?! WHAT?! She sends me the bag back REEKING OF SMOKE! Thanks for damaging a brand new LV that I can no longer sell. I call ebay. They don't care. And a few months later when I logged back into my eBay I realize she has added to her feedback saying I sold her a fake. Thanks for trying to ruin my ability to sell on eBay and calling me a criminal. She has also changed her sn. This is the current one. I also called eBay about removing her negative feedback reply. They don't care. Thanks crazy @*(#)!&@*.

This gem swept in at the last minute and won my auction for a Jack Spade messenger bag; then I hear nothing until today when he emails me to see if I will ship to China since he said he no longer has an address in the US.Hmmm...my auction clearly stated that I ship to the US only and I have all other regions blocked; that and his paypal address shows California. Oh and I noticed from the time he won my auction, his feedback dropped even more

Block immediately. Buyer is in South Korea and wanted me to declare a $400 bag for $80; did not want trackable shipping. Also threatened to leave me negative feedback and file a PayPal dispute if I did not adhere to her requests.

If the message(s) was sent through ebay's messaging system, report her butt!
It looks like she did the same to another seller. (She revised the neg to positive but see the comments on June 8.)

Did a chargeback before the bag arrived. Luckily I was able to get the bag back before she got it. It was insured plus had signature confirmation.
I did a recall with USPS and kept on her post office. I was so lucky because I had almost bumped it up to Priority, on me.

Bids and doesn't read/look at photos until after the end of the auction.
Bid up my very low priced (due to blemishes) item (that was properly described AND pictured), then immediately after the auction, says item was not as described (and how would they know this if they don't have the item/haven't paid other than through my description and pics???) and they will not be paying. UGH.

She bid and won an item I was selling, and then 4 days later claimed she had no money to pay for it. She bid and won another item the day from another seller after my auction closed, and paid for that immediately, according to her feedback. Is she serious?!
