I almost told her she should not be buying on Ebay while under the influence of her "meds", but in the end I just politely told her I would be happy to cancel the order. To be honest, I really have no idea what she is trying to say here.

She's blaming the meds for her irresponsibility.

But if you looked at her feedback, she has received 22 new feedbacks (from sellers) during the past 30 days so she's obviously paying for many of her items! And she's left 9 feedbacks this month for her purchases.

This is scary! Wondering if we could report ID like this to eBay? It's unbelievable that these kind of buyers can still hang out on eBay for so long!

After accepting my offer, she sent a bunch of messages that she should have sent before buying. After she received my item, she claimed it was damaged. After I accepted the return (even with my suspicions) she said she wanted to keep it and was trying to fish for money back. Upon further inspection of her "damaged item" pics, definitely was not the same item I sent her. Case is all over now and she got what she wanted (the item at a steeper discount), but I would definitely block her. Scammer for sure.
