New buyer witth only 3 feedback. Bought a Coach purse I had and purse was delivered a couple of days ago. Buyer opened Paypal dispute saying this was unauthorized transaction.

Just wanted to provide an update on this - buyer truly had their account hacked. They went out of their way in working with me with PayPal and their credit card company to get my money released. They did get the purse but once their account was hacked, all their recent purchases went unauthorized. This was a truly great buyer that worked with me and funds were released and everything was made right. This buyer was great in a difficult situation for both themselves and me.

That's really important. These non-paying buyers need to get strikes as it's the only way ebay knows that they don't pay. Mutual cancellations encourage non-payers to continue their PITA ways.
Totally agree! It sounds like both @gquinn and I filed cases against her, so whatever her end game, she won't be at it for long.
Yes, my account automatically opens a NPB after 48 hrs of closing.
Good! I hope that at some point, eBay catches on to assaelgv, but at the very least, she has two strikes now and won't be able to work with many sellers who have that particular block active.

I think both these IDs (same person, 2 IDs) are listed on this thread but they need to added again.

If you sell Coach, these IDs need to be blocked.

And her selling ID:
sophistifashion

She buys on the buying ID, finds "issues" with purchases in an attempt to wrangle partials, negs sellers who don't fold and then polishes, paints and relists her items. She also has a history of mixing authentic and fake. (A search of the forum of both IDs pulls up interesting posts.)

austinwifey11 bought my CL shoes, then said there are some problems with payment that will be solved asap, needless to say I never heard from them again

imbenkem no payment, no communication

grana_maria bought the boots, several days later after my few messages answered that "her daughter was playing her phone"

cakaraoke99 terrible experience, beware. bought my new shoes, a month later opened SNAD chargeback with their bank, I am waiting for PP decision at the moment. I messaged them several times about returning the shoes in case if chargeback is closed in their favour, but no communication at all. seems like friendly fraud.

jeromkiman-0 purchased my shoes, made several excuses about payment delay. in a week, after I cancelled the order, she made a new account and repurchased them again from this brand new account wholetthddogsout1122 and again asked to wait for payment. I had to remove these shoes from eBay at all not to deal with this shady person.

tamin6265-wdyoa8jc purchased my CL boots, no payment, no communication

maribecervante-25 won the auction, then no payment and no communication

joshd32 purchased the boots, then changed their mind saying the boots are in worse condition then they thought. My listing had 12 detailed high resolution pictures and detailed description

Wishing everyone safe and hassle free sales!

I have had this happen with a very expensive perfume I was trying to sell, but I can't remember their name. Anyway, what I did was switch my paypal account to a business account. Then when I made listings, I had the option of setting it to "pay immediately". That meant that until they paid, my item remained up for saleon ebay (not sure how it works with bidding that has ended). I haven't read this whole thread, so I hope I'm not repeating obvious info - but just in case this helps anyone avoid a headache.

You don't need a business account to have IPR (immediate payment required). But IPR is only on fixed price listings or BIN. If you have an auction or b.o. (even with a BIN) and the item sells by auction or b.o., you can't get immediate payment.

Buyer jennjone-440 (0 feedback)
Bid right up to the last moment and won. Requested to cancel order immediately after winning.
Add to your bbl!!
This is why it's always a good idea to let buyers get a strike rather than just canceling. If they get enough strikes, ebay will make it so they can't do it to others:

I know what you are saying, but it's a gamble. Good to see they are now a NRU. We had this happen, and played hardball saying: "you need to pay". The buyer ended up paying, destroying the bag to say that is was NAD (opening a case), and eventually returning it on our dime. We ended up eating the return shipping, receiving a destroyed bag back, a ding on our DSR, and a negative we had to fight like heck to get removed. It was such a terrible experience we just now cancel the order and move on. It isn't worth it.
