Buyer Ebay name:ozarks4750 (Jen Hennig/Connie Wiser)
I decide to write this because this buyer is really a fraud. I wouldn't write this but I don't want someone else to experience this.
I sold an authentic coach bag on February 11. The buyer immediately paid and I sent the bag via EMS. The tracking showed that buyer received the package on February 18 and signed the package herself. She opened item not received against me on February 27 but I showed proof to Ebay and Ebay closed the case on my favour. She said that the package was delivered to her neighbour which is a lie since she is the one who signed for the package,
On March 11, she opened another case against me saying that item not as described (after two weeks receiving the bag). Claiming that the bag is not new and there is wear on the corner. She asked me to pay for return shipping internationally. In my listing it is clearly mentioned that the bag is preowned and wear was showed in blowed up high resolution picture. Then she mentioned that the colour is off but she failed to show me any pictures that shows item is not as described.
I spent many phone calls and hours to call Ebay but Ebay kind of force me to accept the return and paid for return shipping. Then, I got problem with USPS since I can't print and I spent 3 hours just to get shipping label back to me and they can't helped me. I called Ebay again and finally Ebay agreed to ask buyer to pay shipping back to me. For some reasons bag never reached me and the tracking she provided did not work and Ebay decided to refund the money to her on March 29.
Today, I finally received the bag on April 17 and I have to pay custom fee to receive the bag. When I opened the package, believe it or not, she sent me a fake used, dirty and smelly kate spade bag instead. I was quiet upset and I think I should let everyone to know to block this fraud buyer.
However, I am quiet happy with Ebay seller protection.
