Not a non-paying bidder, but I would recommend putting on BBL if you sell purses.
They posted on the EBay boards about buying a purse and wanted to return because they
think it is too small. The measurements were in the listing. They left a neg for a low feedback seller bringing the seller to a 90.9 rating.

not a NPB, but an unresponsive seller.

Bought a bag from her and paid immediately. Payment showed as unclaimed in Paypal and email address showed unregistered in Paypal. Attempted to contact seller several times through ebay and even emailed her outside of ebay and got no response. I cancelled the payment since it remained unclaimed. Spoke with ebay customer service yesterday and they advised me to attempt to get ahold of her by phone as a last-ditch effort. I texted her and got a read receipt from imessage that she indeed read the message and still did not respond. Followed up with ebay this morning to report the seller since I was not able to since it shows I didn't pay in ebay after cancelling the payment. So I reported the seller via phone and they advised me this would be taken care of, and that I was able to leave negative feedback.

Do not deal with this person, because if they are this bad with selling, I can't imagine they will be good as a buyer.

Put a best offer on my LV bag, I accepted.. not a word after, nothing! No response to my multiple invoices, payment reminders or the NPB case that was opened against her.

But it was so nice to see that they also purchased another sellers' LV on the same day, made prompt payment! Clearly doesn't understand that submitting a Best Offer is a committment to buy!!

Did you look at the pictures of the other one she bought the same day? If it's the one she got her most recent feedback for, I believe it's an obvious fake. (DC M51162) Ah, karma!

She has bought things from me in the past on BINs without a problem. Recently she bid on my auction, didn't pay, no response. In her feedback, a seller stated the same thing (that's not me!) I'm sure you aren't allowed to leave this kind of feedback.

She buys a lot of items so she knows her way around ebay. I bet she knows how many NPB strikes she can get without having a problem.

Fitting name, huh?! Best offer accepted, no communication at all after that.. I neglected to check out the feedback, more than a couple of 'false' positives saying he bids but doesn't pay. Oh how I miss the days of allowing negs on NPB.
