I'm surprised e-bay still allows her to have an account given all the feedback she's both left and received!

Crazy. She accuses mushroom_city (a very reputable seller) of selling fakes. I don't care if my shoes sit and collect dust for eternity. I'm glad they are not with her.

Her other id is shaundynix, be sure to BBL that one also!

I have never shipped internationally because of issues like this. But I do participate in the Global Buyers program where e-bay actually handles the international shipping process for you. A buyer cannot leave you negative feedback for any part of that transaction that happens after the package is delivered to one of the U.S. locations where you would ship the package. After that you are completely off the hook. E-bay has told me that if a buyer posts negative feedback for anything that happens on their end of it that they will delete that feedback.

I recently had a buyer in Australia freak out because the shipping and customs fees added on to the purchase price of the item were so exorbitant (and I completely agreed with her). She thought I had put the those charges onto the bill and I explained that I had nothing to do with it. So we both agreed to cancel the transaction. I ended up selling her the item off e-bay and put down a small value for customs sake.

Thanks but, I donot like completing transactions outside ebay if buyer contacted me on ebay. I've learnt my lesson and will only use ebay global shipping program in the future.

I've been selling on e-bay since '99 and have 100% positive feedback on high end goods which I'm sure the buyer saw. But agreed, completing transactions outside of e-bay is risky and unless I know a seller well, will not buy outside of the e-bay playing field.

Add tamiirahh to the list. Did a best offer on a bag listed I accepted even though it was a lower price than I wanted. After a few days I contacted her and asked her to complete the purchase. Here is her response.
Hi, sorry about the delay. I found another Balenciaga bag that is valued higher than this one (Town, G12) that I can buy for the same price, $720. So with that being said, would you accept a lower offer?
The answer is no. Still no payment and I don't expect it either.

Follow up on this buyer. She didn't pay I closed the case and got this message from her the next morning.
I had until midnight tonight to purchase the item. Why did you cancel the transaction so early? Thats just not fair, because the case said I had until September 10 and its still September 10. I was honestly going to purchase once I got home tonight. I didn't purchase earlier because I needed more time.
I responded to her I am sorry, but payment was expected in 2 days as stated. You then asked me to lower the price and I said no ( I already gave you a more than fair price) and I heard nothing from you after that. If you had asked me for more time that would have been a different story, but you didn't. What is unfair is to leave me hanging and to try and negotiate a lower price after your offer was accepted. I really thought you purchased a different bag since you told me you could get a more expensive bag for the same money. You had until 3:16 yesterday PM and I waited well after that.
She has been blocked.

You can add xuerongyao19900628 to the non-paying bidder list.
She submitted (and won) a "best offer" for my listing and then didn't bother to pay. Ebay's automatic Unpaid assistant finally opened a case and then after she still didn't pay, the case was closed and a strike was put on her.
Her feedback is good .... so I'm like :shrugs:

I have had that happen twice on a pair of booties I am selling and I think by the same person but with a different id. So frustrating.

You can add kglpass12 to the non-paying bidder list.

They won the item. After three days of non-payment I opened a case. On the last day, they finally paid. Within two hours of paying, they asked for a refund because they "read the listing wrong." I refunded them. The next morning I get a message asking me to ship the item to some warehouse in California. After doing more research, this user has numerous eBay accounts that have been linked to scamming people.

I'm always the first to give someone the benefit of the doubt but this bidder pushed me to the edge. An e-bay member since August 4, 2013, lovepeace905 had zero feedback. Won auctions on not one but two pairs of my shoes on September 2 and 3. Immediately contacts me to say she's going out of town and will pay in a week. I requested payment explaining e-bay's four day rule (and also hoping for a sign of good faith) she simply said she'd pay when she got back from a trip.

She contacted me when she returned and did in fact pay on September 9 as promised. But the e-mail from Paypal immediately stated the payment was 'under review' and not ship the shoes and to please wait 24 hours until I heard from them regarding the transaction.

A few hours later I get another e-mail from Paypal calling this a 'potentially problematic transaction' and further stating 'We've completed our review of the transaction below and found the payment may not be authorized by the PayPal account holder or may be the result of suspicious activity. As a result, we’ve cancelled this transaction.' The funds were pulled out of my account.

The buyer asked me to be patient until her account was restored, assuring me there should not have been a problem in the first place. I waited and waited and finally said I was going to have to cancel the transaction for both pairs of shoes so filed a non paying bidder case, requesting the buyer to please respond affirmatively so we could cancel the transactions and I could realist the shoes. She declined, saying her account was going to be restored.

Today was four days so I was finally able to simply close the cases.

It was a total waste of my time but I have relisted both pairs of shoes.

Here are the original listings she bid on and won.
