Btw, the drama and harassment increase as that thread continues. The buyer really is a ticking time bomb.

Actually, you are so fabulous it's that people are jealous of you and they do nutty things to make you crazy.

I recently got one buyer - j1667 who sent me a message saying will pay next day, but she did not. I did send her message to remind her but she just completely disappeared. The strange thing is she got 218 100% positive feedback. Maybe she is taking advantage of buyer's feedback system - no neutral or negative will be given. Shame !!! I also complained that to ebay.

This buyer left negative feedback for nine transactions. Maybe you should count your lucky stars they didn't complete the sale with you!

made me an offer an item..I countered, she accepted and paid for it via paypal.
then this morning around 2 am she sends me a nasty email stating that she did not authorize the payment. She was opening a dispute with paypal regarding the payment. I emailed saying I don't understand how the payment was not authorized by you? She said she emailed me back that unless I offered her a return and refund that she would leave me negative feedback. :amuse:

She left someone negative feedback saying USPS did not receive shipment for a week but bra was very pretty.

WTF?

I'm blocking her immediately, she sounds pretty nutty.
 
Not a non paying buyer but, please block 31vaness. She paid for an item and had me ship to France. Once she saw that she had to pay customs she refused shipment and filed PayPal dispute. PayPal refunded her because she refused shipment and when she doesn't have the package she is apparently not liable for it. I'm out 62$ in this process which is what it cost me for shipping.

I have never shipped internationally because of issues like this. But I do participate in the Global Buyers program where e-bay actually handles the international shipping process for you. A buyer cannot leave you negative feedback for any part of that transaction that happens after the package is delivered to one of the U.S. locations where you would ship the package. After that you are completely off the hook. E-bay has told me that if a buyer posts negative feedback for anything that happens on their end of it that they will delete that feedback.

I recently had a buyer in Australia freak out because the shipping and customs fees added on to the purchase price of the item were so exorbitant (and I completely agreed with her). She thought I had put the those charges onto the bill and I explained that I had nothing to do with it. So we both agreed to cancel the transaction. I ended up selling her the item off e-bay and put down a small value for customs sake.

She purchased, but when I told her I needed an actual address, not a PO Box, for Fed Ex (my clearly indicated method of shipping), she told me I could ship it without a signature. I stayed within eBay and told her, no, they could hold the box at her local Fed Ex office, and sent her a map. Her Fed Ex office is literally around the corner from her PO Box. Then she told men fine, send to Fed Ex. Then 20 minutes later she began to send me 10 panicked messages (I was away from the internet for 2 hours) to cancel the transaction. I have refunded and canceled. I imagine she won't bother to accept the cancelation and I will have to wait to have my fees reversed.

This is all today.
Total time waster.

I'm surprised e-bay still allows her to have an account given all the feedback she's both left and received!
