Especially if one sells YSL Tributes.

She actually has been posting on those threads - apparently the other shoe lovers on the thread where she posted the BRAND NEW shoes that she scammed the seller on are posted on a YSL thread .... in all their brand new glory.

I wonder how many of those fellow YSL shoe lovers would want to be friends with someone after learning that the are posting with someone that did a bait and switch and ripped off those shoes?

She says she's been buying too much - which is a lie. She didn't pay for at least one of those new pair of shoes that she's showing off.

Wow, Apricot, I'm not very familiar with how to navigate because I don't spend too much time here, but I saw those brand new Tribs on something like the HERMÈS but non HERMÈS thread, too. I'll see if I can find it again...

Her next guide could be "How to Scam a Seller and Get Paid for It, While Selling on EBay".
I wonder if the seller could get even the neg blank comment removed as being from a competitor? And, the defect?

I suggest to block http://myworld.ebay.com/bobleilanibobleilani.
Purchased designer shoes and filed a SNAD. While in her possession they became quite worn prior to the return. Of course, the buyer won. Even though she had posted photos of them in various social media. She left a neg, which was removed, comment only.
Unless you like renters.....

I read about this one too - but you're a little wrong. She did a bait and switch - got the brand new shoes (with box) and then started asking for partial refunds for "damage" on the shoes. The pictures were clear they were undamaged, brand new. Kept pestering for a partial and seller said return for full refund, no partials.

This scamming buyer sent back another pair of shoes that were much older with broken heels and a lot of damage - they were very worn out. NOT the pair that were sold to her. Sent them back without any box. She kept the brand new shoes and the box she received and scammed the seller.

Ebay refunded out of their funds, not the sellers. But seller is still filing with USPS for mail fraud at the insistence of Ebay & Pay Pal who revealed this was not the first claim where something like this happened with this buyer.

Seller has already taken photos of the new shoes in the buyer's possession where she is raving on social media about her "wonderful new shoes" and other evidence to the post master general for the investigation. Like the bait and switch buyer that did this to one of us involving a purse in San Antonio, we might one day be hearing about an arrest in this case too for mail fraud. I hope so.

Too true. It makes me sad though since I would rather buy or sell to someone from tPF. She has been added to my blocked list as well.

I just went through the thread and found her posts too. Those shoes look as new as they possibly could. Shame!

I just got a text message from someone alerting me of a discussion regarding a problem I had with an eBay seller and I wanted to post my side of the story, along with evidence that the seller sold me used shoes that were described as new (I took photos of the shoes, footbeds and heels as I posted below, on the same day I received them and tried to work things out with the seller, who I had previously had a good shoe buying experience with).

I don't know where else this seller is posting or who else is posting on her behalf (and I wonder why she isn't posting here herself?), but it disgusts me that she would accuse me of a bait and switch! I am an honest person and the first pair of shoes (Valentino rockstuds) I bought from her were new as described and even more expensive than the second pair, so I left her the appropriate positive feedback. This last time, the "new" shoes I thought I was buying were obviously well used, so that is why I opened a SNAD case against her.

If she did not accuse me of wearing the shoes she claimed were new and sending them back to her after using them, I would not have left her negative feedback. But falsely accusing me of this when the seller had to have known they were used was unacceptable...and now I'm finding out that she's claiming I did a bait and switch and posting false accusations on tPF and Facebook is just shameful. I believe in karma and her behavior will come back around. I know I have done nothing wrong and even gave her ample opportunity to work things out with me, giving her a choice of either issuing me a credit for the shoes being used instead of new or sending them back for a refund.

Also, the shoes the eBay seller sent me did not come with an original box, the listing even says it is "New without box". When I first got the shoes, I photographed them on top of a YSL box that belonged to another pair of Tributes that arrived at the same time, which I usually do when I first get new shoes and I'm excited to post a reveal on tPF. But as soon as I got home, I took close up pics of the footbeds and heels and immediately sent them to the seller, letting her know she sent me used shoes. The seller only posted generic/manufacturer photos of the shoes on her listing, she did not even take actual photos herself and there are no photos of a box whatsoever. In retrospect, I should have asked for actual photos of the shoes, but since I previously had a good shoe transaction with her, I trusted that they were new like she described.

As you can see, the wear on the shoes is very obvious when looking at the heels and footbeds, but it is not obvious from a top view. I posted a pic on tPF of the shoes (top view, on the box that came with another pair of Tributes that arrived at the same time) along with my other shoe purchases when I was still wasn't sure if I would be getting a partial credit or if I was sending them back. These were the first black pair I bought and I would never dream of wearing shoes and returning them, nor would I ever do a bait and switch. I'm not that type of person. I also don't go bad mouthing this seller on the internet, but I have to speak up when someone on her behalf (as I don't think she has posted here herself) posts false accusations against me.

A few days after I sent back the shoes to the eBay seller, I did end up buying a brand new pair of black croc embossed Tributes for just $100 more than I paid for the ones that ended up being used. Karma does work, as I actually like croc embossed Tributes better than the plain leather ones, now that I have them. They are my first pair of croc embossed ones, they are brand new and I am looking forward to wearing them for many years to come. :smile1:

Those are not the shoes you were sold - the pictures from the auction are very clear and the photos you posted here and on other social media you control are the same pair sent to you. There are tell tale marks on the pair.

You sent back a pair that you used and owned before you purchased from the seller. The evidence is clear and overwhelming - and all provided by you.

Screen shots and pdf format posts by you have been provided to both Ebay investigators, USPS investigators and law enforcement in the format they requested. Ebay is further looking into this and said they don't need a subpoena to send your records, including your long history of previous claims, to USPS investigators when they request it via email.

Plain and simple, you scammed a seller and you posted all over the web about your wonderful NEW pair of shoes, pictured with the box they were sent in, then you sent did a bait and switch and sent back a USED pair to the seller, without the box that was sent to you with the NEW pair that you received.

Your pictures don't lie. The seller's pictures don't lie. Her receipt and other evidence doesn't lie. You need to send back the NEW pair of shoes or pay the seller back. Otherwise this won't be going away for a long time I suspect.

The shoes that you bragged about receiving here on tpf threads, your instagram, your blog, which shoes them with the box that the seller located and was nice enough to send with the shoes, even though she said she would send the shoes without it:

I don't know if you are the seller in disguise or who you are, but I know I sent back the same pair of shoes the seller sent me, in the exact condition I received them. Period.

You are wrong 100% in everything you state above and the auction pics are NOT pics taken by the seller, they are generic photos, like I said previously. I have nothing to hide and I did nothing wrong, so I'm not concerned about any investigation. Funny how I know nothing about eBay or USPS doing an investigation, but you seem to know all about it.

I have never owned a pair of black tributes before buying these ones from the eBay seller, and you are out of line making accusations when you know nothing of what actually happened. If you are the seller in disguise, you know very well you sent me used shoes.

And not to beat a dead horse, but the seller did not sell them with a YSL box, she even described on the listing that the shoes are "New without box".

For whatever reason, you are choosing to ignore everything I wrote in my post above, so let's not go any further discussing this because it will simply be a waste of time. You are on the seller's side or are the seller, I got that. We don't need to flood this thread with any more false accusations on your part, and I do not need to keep repeating what I already said in my previous post.

Peace.

That's YOUR picture that you used to brag about receiving the NEW shoes. Those are the ones you bought on Ebay and the seller sent to you, that YOU took a picture of and posted everywhere.

:nogood:
Like I said, I photographed the shoes on top of another YSL shoe box that I received at the same time. This box came with these new fuchsia tributes I bought, this box did NOT come from the eBay seller.

Here are 2 close up photos, one of the brand new fuchsia tributes I bought and one of the used black tributes the eBay seller sent me. Notice the difference in how smooth the fuchsia ones are vs. the wrinkles in the leather on the black ones from wear. You can also see the YSL gold logo is worn off on the footbeds of the black ones, but not on the fuchsia ones.

I am not the seller - and I have seen the pictures of the shoes that were sent to you and what you sent back, many of us have from several selling groups we belong to.

The shoes that were sent, as the photos show, did not have broken heels. The ones you sent back did and the soles were worn.

All of your continual requests for a partial refund were posted - even after the seller kept telling you to return for refund. You kept telling the seller you wanted a $250.00 partial. I don't know anyone that, if they received shoes with broken heels (which is what you returned) would continually argue to keep the shoes.

And I don't know any single buyer that would take pictures of new shoes and post all over the interwebs that they got new shoes, and take pictures of them to show them off, while arguing with a seller that they received shoes that had broken heels and severely damaged soles. And that's what you returned to the seller.
