Buyer submitted an echeck payment through PayPal for a pair of Manolo Blahniks. After waiting three business days to clear, the echeck was declined from the sender's bank.

To add to this, the buyer never shipped dress back as I had stated. Just got an email from PayPal that she has filed a chargeback now. I'm covered because I won my dispute when her shipping didn't update at all. Avoid this buyer like the plague

Not a non paying buyer but please block af_br12 here's my sequence of events:

Sent 3 low balls offers on my 1k BNWT dress finally asked to purchase it at $325
Took one full week to pay then asked for shipping immediately and everyday until it was mailed 3 days later
Upon receipt claimed dress was full of stains and wanted refund, sent one pic of a deodorant stain from trying it on
Opened paypal dispute claiming she wanted $250 of $325 back for drycleaning costs but didn't upload a single pic to the claim
For some stupid reason paypal sided with her and let her return for full refund a month later she uploaded tracking winch of course never moved and never showed it was even dropped off at post office, only label created. 2.5 months and 16 calls to paypal later I have finally gotten the case closed
Please save yourself the hassle of dealing with this person who was clearly trying to get a 1k dress for $150
 
To add to this, I contacted the buyer to let her know her echeck had been declined by her bank and that I had submitted a cancel transaction. After four days of not receiving any word from her, she denies the cancel transaction. After she denied the cancel transaction request, she still did not make any attempt to pay for the shoes or to contact me, therefore this was only out of spite. Anyways, called eBay and they cancel the transaction and credited the final value fee.

Buyer won my listing one week ago and still has not paid. Four days after winning, she sends me a message saying she is waiting to receive her paycheck the following day. Three days later, she still has not paid. It never ceases to amaze me why on earth do people bid on items when they do not have the funds to pay.
 
Not an NPB, but a bully of a buyer. Forcing a return on false SNAD (color pink wasn't what she thought, etc) and then demanding I pay for her shipping on top of it! I wouldn't wish this buyer on anyone.

I just had this exact same type of thing happen with a buyer, total bully. Making completely false claims because of buyers remorse. Now I am out time and money for her remorse.

Another bully buyer - 1snapshot. You do not want to deal with this one! Purchases a true vintage Coach bag clearly stated as vintage with patina, age, wear, priced accordingly & 50+photos of every nook & cranny. They write me threatening a neg because it looks "SHOPWORN"??!!! and saying they cant return it my 'restocking fees are purnative (?) ' and they don't want to pay shipping twice (they received free priority shipping)'...

Won my item out of 19 bids and no payment nor responses to invoice or messages. She is currently selling an item which she immediately responds to inquiries so I know shes is active.

I tried to turn the original bad situation around to no avail - person has a serious problem.

Threatened neg (with an illiterate message full of threats but who's judging lol) as noted originally stating vintage bag 'looked old' I tried to calm her down with replies saying I wouldn't charge a restocking fee, please send back, I will refund, etc..
no response.
New ebayer, so I called her, thinking she was missing emails and this would be easily straightened out with a simple call.

Sounds intoxicated.Tells me she knows bag is exactly as described and shown in the 50+ photos, and knew what my return policy was - but there were a couple 'little things she didn't like about it' -- still said she would NOT send bag back - but WOULD neg me ?!
I try to find out what will keep her happy...
Apparently she wanted me to refund AND let her keep the bag
(- which is a very nice vintage Coach bag, that was shipped Priority, nicely packed etc.. in other words not junk -)
I remained calm, and told her that threatening a neg to get an item free is actually a violation of eBay policy - BUT I was honestly sorry that she did not like the VINTAGE bag -- and I would certainly waive any restocking fees, but she needed to return the bag in order to get a refund, once I rec'd it, would refund.
She seemed okay with this at end of call - but still kept going on about "paying shipping twice". I reminded her that she had gotten FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING & sending back would only be a few dollars at most.
She says oh okay.
Then 2 days later ??
wrote me 2 even nastier messages - and NEGGED ME.. saying (among other things) I was "rude and angry and unprofessional" (seriously I was not - but boy after seeing that, wished I had been!!)

My first neg in almost 15 years on eBay.
I have reported the buyer extortion attempt to eBay, as well as the abusive feedback.
Not sure if eBay'll do anything about it.. but
block this one - especially if you sell vintage!!

Yesterday i encounter non paying buyer so I will have to wait till tomorrow to file non paid item to Ebay.
I even email her and asked if she still want the item and no reply. Part of it was my fault too, because she doesn't have 0 feedback but since i didn't want to discriminate anyone. I called Ebay customer service and they help me with the 0 feedback setting that so that someone that have 0 feedback wont be able to bid.

This is the 2nd time i get screwed over not paying for an item.

Won Dooney and Bourke NWT auction (value over $350) @ $199 plus $18 ship. Refuse to pay due to "high" ship charge (requested to only pay $6). Explained CA -> NJ Priority mail shipping plus insurance and delivery confirmation was really that high (and required for both buyer and seller protection) and this is a large bag that can not be stuffed in an envelope. Buyer refused to pay. Working on cancellation to avoid further hassle.

As soon as she won, she leaves a feedback saying she has card issues and cant pay. I messaged her asking if she wants me to hold on to the CL shoes, and she said yes and said would pay as soon as its sorted. I gave her 2 weeks and sent her another message asking if she was going to purchase and no answer.

I can't believe someone would leave such nutty feedback. Seems like e-bay removed it, it's not there.
