I can still see it. Is it true you cannot? I really want eBay to remove it.
If it were just regular criticism such as "bad communicator" or "late shipping" I can understand although it is none of the above.

It looks like there are two different pairs of Louboutins? Geremias40 has a zero feedback and shows they left no feedback and bought a pair of Insectika's. Someone else with a feedback of one with the letters T and I in their user name bought a pair of Helmour's. Two different buyers?

another one to add to the list:

shoplawyer210

Sent me a message almost 2 days after winning my auction stating she will not be paying and INSTRUCTING me to sell to the next bidder and she will cancel the transaction so I can get my fees back...how courteous! Sorry mam, a NPB case will be opened and you will be getting a strike.

I seem to be having bad luck with buyers named Thuy. My last two NPBs had the same name. I know they are different people because of the different last names and registered addresses.

Two different buyers.

Geremias40 won the bid for Insectika, but said she had card issues and wanted me to wait for her to pay so I did for over 2 weeks. I wanted to give her time so I waited that much and then sent her a message if she is still going to purchase them, but no response so I recommend everyone to avoid her too.

=================================================================================

T and I who bought the Helmour is "Tiptate" who is causing me a lot of problems right now so definitely AVOID!!! SHE IS THE WORST!!! Sorry this is going to be long but this is what had happened.

Tiptate opened a case against me stating the "CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN HELMOUR 100 SILVER GLITTER MINI 36.5 does not fit the description”, complaining about the fit of the shoes as well as complaining about having only one dust bag vs two after receiving the shoes well after a week. My listing says the European size is a 36.5 and the US sizing is 6.5, as well as “ I am a true US size 6.5 and I recommend them for people with size US 6.5.” The shoes are exactly as it states in the description, and Tiptate made her own decision to purchase them. With regards to the dust bag issue, my listing states that it comes with dust bags and heel taps, but it does NOT say it includes two dust bags.
My listing also says “No returns accepted”
Please kindly see below:

Tiptate contacted me for the first time asking about fit on May 7 2014, so I gave her detailed description of the fit. She asked to get them shipped in time for a wedding on the May 30 2014.

Tiptate comes back to me on May 13 2014 saying she wants to purchase the shoes. I give her further sizing information based on my own feet on the same day. Tiptate becomes not sure about sizing so I give her further detailed information once again as well as advise her to think it over for another day or so to make her final decision since buying shoes online is difficult not knowing the fit for sure.

Tiptate says she wants to buy them on May 14 2014 so I accommodate her, i.e., lowered the price by $150 since it’s her wedding being desperate and she purchased the shoes.

Tiptate receives the shoes on May 17 2014 and complains there is only one dust bag and not two and questions the authenticity of the shoes. I immediately tell her I would be happy to send her another dust bag as well as have explained that even sales assistants at boutiques sometimes forget to put in dust bags etc., which is only a human error.

On May 18 2014, I give her links to authenticators as well as all my contacts at Christian Louboutin in NY and Chicago. I even get it authenticated for Tiptate on her behalf through one of the links I had given Tiptate.

On May 23 2014, Tiptate opens a case stating the "CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN HELMOUR 100 SILVER GLITTER MINI 36.5 - Item does not match its description” simply because the shoes do not fit her.

I think she just wants to wear the shoes on her wedding date and have an excuse to return the shoes.
She left a nasty feedback stating I am a "PSYCHO"

I asked eBay to remove but its still there :cry::cry:

E-bay will only remove feedback if the person leaves personal information or something inappropriate. Otherwise, they will not remove it. You can always post a response under what they've written which is probably your best option.

And you can also request Feedback Revision from a buyer, of course that whole process goes through e-bay and they have to agree to it. Then the feedback is deleted. I had that happen once which is the only reason I know about it.

I had never left negative feedback for anyone but did once because a seller was unresponsive after selling me a leather accessory that was used and was sold as new. After repeated efforts to get a response I finally left them negative feedback. Then and only then did they reply back to me and told me to return the item for a full refund. After that, I got an automated e-mail through e-bay where the seller requested feedback revision. Because the seller did give me my money back I accepted and the negative feedback was removed. This seller had 100% positive feedback and I could only wonder how many times they had done this. Regardless, it was a lesson that you can have feedback removed but only after going through this process.

I thought the word "PSYCHO" is inappropriate enough, but that will not do?
I just checked my eBay page but there is not a place where I can post my response under her comments for some reason.

I did ask eBay to remove the feedback but it has not happened yet.

Thank you so much for your kind support. I am really touched. Thank you so much!!!

Just go to CUSTOMER SUPPORT and type in HOW CAN I RESPOND TO FEEDBACK I'VE RECEIVED. It's done all the time.

She won a pair of jeans I was selling and paid with eCheck. It declined, so me being a nice person, I let her try again, and once again, DECLINED! She said she would pay with a different bank, and AGAIN, eCheck and AGAIN DECLINED!!! She seemed very nice and apologetic while we were emailing back and forth re: her declined eChecks but now since I've sent her a cancel transaction, she won't even respond to me. -______-
