eBay Non-Paying Bidder List

This one is not necessarily a NPB, but could turn out to be considered one since she will likely return. Not my buyer (Thank God), but one folks may want to avoid.

She believes EBay's estimated delivery dates are chosen by the seller and binding.
I blocked gabig17 as soon as I read the OP! I didn't even need to read the next 4 pages to know that it's a buyer who's a PITA!!

And worse than her initial (possible) misunderstanding is that no amount of evidence could convince her that she was wrong and that it's not the seller's "contractual agreement" that "guarantees" delivery by a certain date.

Oh gosh, I actually read all 4 pages, and it was awful. I seriously hope the buyer didn't actually leave the seller a negative feedback!

Thank you for posting this - this is something I've been running into lately with the bad weather across the country, have usually been able to head people off with clear explanations of shipping times on my packing inserts - BUT - I just rec'd a neutral - first ever in 13 years - on one of my seller accounts from someone who rather nastily said shipping was late. They apparently based this fantasy on eBay estimated ship dates.

Reality was:
Item was packed, shipped (and in USPS hands) within 1 biz day of payment.
Buyer rec'd the item in less than 4 biz days -- in spite of 1 National Holiday, 2 blizzards, an ice storm, and multiple airport / road & post office closures between my home and theirs!!!

USPS does not guarantee delivery dates - and I have had Priority Mail this winter that literally took weeks - and USPS just shrugs & suggests shipping EXPRESS..
But this neutral person's shipment was quick - and they still got snarky about it!

For the record, this buyer was classaclassic1 <-- AVOID

Also NOT helpful along with eBays projected delivery dates are USPS' new "stated delivery times" that get printed in large letters on Priority labels, regardless of what is going on in the world (like holidays, the worst winter in recent US history & USPS cutting back staff in droves).

:wtf:

I had a buyer rate my dsr a 1 because shipping was slow. I had the package to the post office in less than 24 hrs, but USPS held it for 14 days. Maybe because of the crazy snowstorms on the East Coast where she lives? Regardless, this buyer felt it was my fault: whyvett.

Another buyer to be aware of: kpantipa, who in one breath says that shipping is $20 more than she can afford, but in the next, asks for me to end an auction early so she can buy another item for $550. We ended up canceling the transaction (161227327782) because she decides the next day she doesn't want to pay the shipping. Fortunately, the item had quite a number of bidders, so a second chance offer was completed very rapidly.

Not a non paying buyer but please block af_br12 here's my sequence of events:

Sent 3 low balls offers on my 1k BNWT dress finally asked to purchase it at $325
Took one full week to pay then asked for shipping immediately and everyday until it was mailed 3 days later
Upon receipt claimed dress was full of stains and wanted refund, sent one pic of a deodorant stain from trying it on
Opened paypal dispute claiming she wanted $250 of $325 back for drycleaning costs but didn't upload a single pic to the claim
For some stupid reason paypal sided with her and let her return for full refund a month later she uploaded tracking winch of course never moved and never showed it was even dropped off at post office, only label created. 2.5 months and 16 calls to paypal later I have finally gotten the case closed
Please save yourself the hassle of dealing with this person who was clearly trying to get a 1k dress for $150

I have an ebay list with approximately 50 names. My list includes non-paying buyers for luxury merchandise and PITA buyers. Unfortunately, I cannot distinguish between the two anymore. PITA to me means: lowball haggling, unreasonable requests, nasty emails, suspicious activity, etc.

Does anyone want a copy of my list? If yes, please PM me.

A zero feedback newbie. I see she also won an auction for another pair of Louboutin's. I wonder if she paid that person!

I was uneasy with having a 0 feedback newbie bidding on my CL's at first but then my big heart said "give her a chance we all have to start somewhere".

I should have listened to my instinct! Ugh.

Now I blocked not only her, but I changed my settings so that newbies with no feedback or bad feedback can't bid. I'm done being nice! lol

Aholley41. Did a bunch of buying from me and others and never paid. Reported to eBay. Sadly, because of the inability to leave negative feedback, two sellers gave the buyer positive feedback but says the buyer never paid. (Both done well after my transaction.) Wish they hadn't done that.

I wish the bay would at least allow sellers who have npb to leave negs.

Not an NPB, but a bully of a buyer. Forcing a return on false SNAD (color pink wasn't what she thought, etc) and then demanding I pay for her shipping on top of it! I wouldn't wish this buyer on anyone.
