Who "authorized it to be left safely?" Did you waive the signature?

The seller said no signature is required and the package said that too but FedEx tried to deliver it when I was home no one rang the doorbell or anything so I called and asked them to leave it safely it wasn't at the door
If you paid $750 or more, there MUST be a signature for seller protection. If she waived the signature, you should win the INR dispute.

Thanks so much I lost with PayPal so I will try with my credit card has thi happened to any of you guys before I'm literally getting sick over it I paid around 3,000 for the bag :(
Call paypal and tell them that there was no signature on the package and that someone (the seller) waived it. Point out to them that without a signature at that pricepoint, you win the dispute.

Note that PP has this policy. It doesn't apply to you because you filed with Paypal so you need to appeal:
Note: Item not received buyer claims filed directly with eBay are not covered under PayPal Seller Protection. Check out eBay Buyer Protection for more information.

From the PayPal User Agreement, this is the pertinent part that would protect you:
https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full#13

"For transactions that total less than $750, proof of delivery is confirmation that can be viewed online and includes the delivery address showing at least city/state or zip, delivery date, and the URL to the shipping company’s website if you've selected “Other” in the shipping drop down menu. For transactions that total $750 or more, you must get signature confirmation of delivery."

Without online viewable signature, the buyer wins a non-receipt dispute.

Thanks so much the problem is they didn't leave it the first time so I called and asked them to leave it at the front door is there any way I can still get my bag or money cause I know it wasn't delivered to me

Hi ladies, I would like to hear your opions or experiences. I sold a bag on Ebay, the seller is living in Singapore but uses company Gateway Express, Inc in Portland, OR 97220, Usa for US shipping address. Is this a red flag or common practise for overseas buyers? Thank you!

It's common. Once the item shows delivery to 97220, you're protected.
